The communication is extraordinary, you know what is happening during all stages. The work is carefully documented which gives a good history for stones that are being ground, for me a great added value. I will definitely order more jobs from Stone Grinders.

I traveled to Stockholm to get my wife Tanzanite ring sorted out. The Tanzanite stone was in terrible shape, very cloudy and hardly any facets left. I arranged an appointment on the Friday but unfortunately not able to make it due to delayed flight. Peter rearranged the meeting to Saturday morning and it was great. Not only did he take in the Tanzanite ring but also my wife's wedding ring plus wedding band. The wedding ring was a bit bent and the wedding band needed polishing. Very impressed that I could pick them up the day after on Sunday. Excellent work was done, extremely impressed. Now we know where to repair any of our rings and will recommend Peter to anyone. Service, quality and speed was outstanding. Price is an important component for these things and the pricing was very fair!
