Trained thaiboxing in the beginners course here for half a year as an exchange student. Focus is on athletics and basic boxing and kicking techniques. Different trainers in different week days provide variety. The instructors explain the techniques in details and help beginners. However, the explanation is given in swedish. Still, as everyone in Sweden, trainers and people who train here speak english as well, so you might ask for explanation in english if needed. For me with some years of experience in related fight sports, this was fine. I liked the training and the atmosphere. Offers a small gym room, where most important equipment (Bench press, cable tower, dumbells, Squat rack, pull bar, ...) is available, this is included in the price. Changing rooms offer showers and a small sauna.
