Went into my appt with high expectations as the staff was generally quite friendly when I arrived. Quickest gel manicure I've ever gotten - less than 20 mins. Upon paying, I was told the machine didn't work so took cash from a nearby ATM. I had to ask the girl 3 times for my change, unsure of whether this was a language barrier or not as I do not speak Swedish. Additionally, gel is already chipping 3 days later so waste of my money as it usually lasts at least 3 weeks. Will not be back, don't recommend.

Awful experience. They did not treat my daughter and I right. I spent full price and never got my nail polished after paying for gel nail because the guy was so rude when during my manicure. The young girl that my daughter’s nails acted like she didn’t want to do her nails; wonder if it’s because we were Black and spoke english. Horrible service.

Sooooo uncomfortable unpleasant, the most expensive pedicure. Super bad customer service. And I was in a good mood. Waist of money really. They should lower their prices and go to charming school. Never again.

I just went there coz my daughter always gets her nails done there as a kid they dont care... as an adult 650kr and u get this.... ermmmm never again... true about the staff cant even smile at you .... so dont go there for sure..

Horrible service and experience! The staff are rude and they get angry when you tell them something, instead of helping the customer. I booked for a SPA French pedicure and they were not able to do a proper French. When I said I would like another color , she got angry and started talking to her colleague about me in their language. Plus, she removed again all the gellac she initially put on, because the color was old and it didn’t lay properly on the nail. I ended up leaving without a color on my nails and I was charged 450 kr for that! That’s outrageous, you really need to do something to improve the quality of your services if you charge that much!!! Train your staff well!

Worst experience ever, please save your money and go to another nail shop in Mall of Scandinavia - I highly highly recommend La Beaute. Their customer service is awful in this shop and the girls who does the nails are so rude. They don’t even say hi when you enter the shop.

Do not go here, after an hour I noticed that the nail polish was wrinkling. Went back, they were very unfriendly and told me it was normal because it is not gel polish. She even walked away during the conversation. They refused to be helpful or offer a solution. Would expect more for 330kr. The nail polish is not dry, they only used a fan after the third layer. It gets worse every minute as I can make imprints on my nails because it is not dry. Even when not used gel polish you should expect they let it dry properly.

Even though I came 1.5 hours late they still took me in ☺️ Good service and nice attitude
