Unnecessary wedding nail encounter. 0/5 would HIGHLY discourage anyone from going. My friend and I chose this salon as it had the most reviews, had a fairly high rating, and we appreciated the responses to the low rating posts. After this experience, I can see that their responses are only to make them look better and are not genuine as they have not improved their rude behaviors. My friend who was getting MARRIED in 4 days, asked for a specific design, which her nail tech said he could do. He was ON THE PHONE the whole time. When she showed concern about the size of the pearl he picked, he brushed her off. After it was placed but not cured, she told him it was too big and he got MAD at her for "wasting" the pearl. He angrily continued on like a child who was mad he had to put his toys away. After that, he started to respond in an unhappy tone and started blaming her. We didn't want to be there any longer and left without getting the full design. My nail tech was not as bad as hers, and I understand there was a communication problem as I do not speak swedish. However, my friend did and helped me out. My nail tech was listening to music the whole time. He applied the acrylic on, THEN shaped my nails. His hand was hurting afterward. He kept stopping to change his music. All of this kept him from getting to his next client on time. He was visibly mad specifically at me from then on. These people seem to think that they have done nothing wrong, and judging by many other reviews, they haven't learned from their mistakes. I really hope you see this and do not make an appointment here. Both men were unpleasant and unprofessional.

Amazing, top-notch quality job 👌 I do dipping powder on natural nails and this is one of the few salons in Stockholm even providing it. This is much better for your nails compared to shellac but given its novelty people are reluctant to embrace it yet. However coming from Australia and London, I know this is what everyone does for good reason. It lasts longer, it makes my nails thicker and stronger and best of all it doesnt hurt them as shellac does when you remove it. The guys here make it great and I am really happy I found them. I urge you to ask for dipping powder and trust them. 💫 Some photos of my nails below. Last time they lasted 5+ weeks.

This is the second time I’ve been here after the first being a rough experience due to the degree of rudeness but I left with great looking nails and was happy in the end. Gave them a second chance today and I had a worse experience. My nail technician made me feel so bad and guilty when I asked him to make a correction with the nail filing. Throughout the process I felt he was annoyed with me and because of this I strongly disliked the experience and felt uncomfortable. I was their last customer for the day and I felt rushed and left with my nails looking sheer and asymmetrical. Gave them a second chance but not again.

Kind people, they served me without an appointment, i had a pedicure with foot massage, it was great and the price was very reasonable

OMG I loved my nails, did exactly what I wanted. They treat you to alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as soon as you sit down to get your nails. Very attentive to how I expressed about the nails and quick to fix the nail if I asked to. Will definitely go back Sisters Nail Spa

Went here with my bridal party to get our nails done. The place is huge! We called ahead to make sure they had enough staff available and they scheduled us in for mani pedis. Staff was very kind and the owner was very nice. Spa level pedicures and attention to detail! Planning to visit Sisters Nail Spa again!

Ordered a manicure and pedicure days ahead for my partner, giving my phone number and email with the booking. On the day of, arriving on time, we were told that there was not enough staff so they refused to fulfill our booked order. There was a singular other customer inside of the store and they were three staff members. Incredibly poor service and very rude behavior, as they did not even consider rebooking, we were simply not welcomed the moment we stepped foot inside the store. Go elsewhere if you seek respectable treatment!

I can only recommend Sisters Nail Spa is a really great nail salon! I called there if I can still get my fingernails done today. They tried their best and gave me an appointment as soon as possible, great👍. Was there today for the 2nd time, friendly, fast and work cleanly. Thanks for the red nails 😍

Came with a photo of chrome nails and wasn’t sure if they would be able to do it because I haven’t seen it around Stockholm. Elsa helped me and did such an amazing job! Honestly blew me away, they’re perfect! Thank you :)
