Probably has one of Sweden's worst customer services, depressing considering the company's turnover.

The purchase system and purchase information are under all criticism. No information online that you have to buy 2 seats to sit on the parquet floor. Calls an agent who seems to be sitting at home and exudes extreme weariness about customers and his job.

Preselects scattered locations even though this has not been selected. Completely unreasonable and they don't seem to want to fix this problem despite prosecution.
