Beautiful place for hot day dips. It's not a huge area but it has all it should have. Clean. Limited parking lot, go early.

A nice place to bask in the sun, but unfortunately the Canada geese has found this place as well so there might be some fecal matters on the ground. This place can and Will get over- crowded during the hi-season and the situation is not likely to improve since the new houses are popping up all around the area. The road there has been improved greatly, but unfortunately the parking-space is extremely limited and people tend to park on the main road and subsequently block the traffic and busses. There is a larger parking-lot a few hundred meters away from the bat but most don’t even pretend like it is there since they cannot be bothered walking. Conclusion: A really great place to take a swim if you are willing to cope with a overcrowded place.

Don't buy food from the kiosk. They are thiefs. They charge a meal for 85 kr and they literally put 4 tiny pieces of meat, a size of a half little finger! Don't give them such satisfaction!

Watch out so you don’t hurt your feet in the water. At some spots there are sharp things. Mostly it’s just fine. A lovely place for a swim. Toilets and a cold shower and a little playground can also be found here

Has good beach with separate area for kids. A good weekend retreat. Has platform far from shore in water. Has a Thai restaurant and a barbeque place.

The gril people was doing and some smoking was not comfortable.

Nice and scenic, but several people breaking rules by smoking and lighting barbeques outside the safe fire area.
