This review is based on my first dental visit here at Distriktstandvården Bollstanäs. I was previously attached to another private dental clinic in Upplands Väsby so I am comparing my visit experiences from both clinics. I am very pleased with my dental consultation by Dr. Eva Graca at Distriktstandvården. She not just gave me clear verbal explanation but also pointed out the areas where the problems are (on my teeth & gum, with the help of xray images taken there). Furthermore, she also shared with me a brief plan of the visitations/ treatments needed eg: how many times of treatment, when is the follow up, what's the price like, if it is claimable thru försäkringskassan. The nurse also gave me a handwritten note of the issue I have so I can Google it at home. In my opinion, it is important because then I understand the root cause of my gum problem, how long this treatment will take, and the cost that will incurred so I can put aside some savings for it. As comparing to my previous visitation at a private clinic at Holmvägen, I wasn't provided a clear understanding of the issues I have with my teeth, nor did I know how long will the treatment take, for how many times, the total cost etc. So i did not feel like I can trust the dentist and I ended up not willing to continue my visitation there. If you are looking for a good dental clinic to do your check up, I'd totally recommend you to try out this place at Distriktstandvården Bollstanäs. Overall the dentist, nurse and staffs are proactive, alert, helpful and service minded.
