Very nice climbing gym in this town.

Really good new centre in Västerås. Very friendly staff and nice Fika... Chocolate cake was delicious.. Good climbing (bouldering and rope) for all ranges and even a few auto belays..

The Klättercentret in Västerås is a fairly new gym (opened 2020), and I must say, I'm impressed. It is not the biggest one out there, but it spells quality all around. From great landings in the bouldering area, clean holds, great lighting, good ventilation/AC, spatious and clean locker rooms (even with a sauna, although it was not turned on when I visited), top notch equipped training area; I didn't see anything to 'complain' about! The boulders were set very interestingly, although I was a bit confused by the grading. They use the French scale, but rather the climbing one than the bouldering/font scale - or I just grew 3 grades stronger over night :) If I'd have to say anything critical, I'd say the price of 180SEK for a single entry is a bit steep. But you do get great quality for it.

Good place for training. Excellent for children. Not giving the 5 stars because even though I climb regularly you cannot practice if you don’t have their license.

Love how they build up the gym! Nice bouldering area and nice sport climbing wall. The training area also is clean, big and has everything you need! Totally can recommend that gym and the employees are also super nice.

Good boulders, great staff Tricky boulder lots of body positioning, lots of trusting your feet stuff, nice holds turned the "wrong way"

Very nice place with very helpful people and lots of options for bouldering and indoor climbing. I am going to visit very often!

Not only the staff is very welcoming and helpful (they are always wearing a smile), but the location is very convenient (next to three bus stops and next to the supermarket) and finally the installations are neat, clean and fun. I've been visiting for a 3 months and ai have enjoyed it a lot. Tack så mycket!
