Went
there
with
a
couple
of
friends
and
I
was
not
expecting
this
such
a
pleasant
surprise.
I
got
recommended
the
pizza’s
which
looked
absolutely
delicious
or
“Gambas
Pop’s”,
but
really
felt
like
taking
an
“Entrecôte
de
Boeuf
de
Saler”
that
night.
It
was
in
all
sincerity
perfect
and
I
do
not
say
this
lightly.
Being
a
meat
lover,
I
have
done
my
fair
share
of
steak
houses
but
did
not
expect
the
perfect
steak
to
be
here.
It
was
cooked
to
perfection,
just
like
I
ordered
it,
rare
yet
still
very
hot,
but
you
can
tell
that
the
chef
had
allowed
it
to
sit
just
the
right
time
so
that
the
meat
had
time
to
“relax”
and
become
really
tender,
to
the
point
it
melted
right
on
the
tip
of
the
tongue.
To
add
to
this,
the
meat
stayed
hot
till
the
last
bite,
which
is
often
an
issue,
even
at
the
best
of
steak
houses!
The
sides
where
just
great
:
a
mix
of
french
fries
and
sweet
potatoes
and
a
salad,
with
a
great
light
seasoning,
perfect
to
put
the
meat
in
the
spotlight.
The
glass
of
wine
recommended
by
the
owner
of
the
restaurant
perfectly
matched
the
meat!
As
a
desert,
I
decided
to
go
with
their
Tiramisu
and
I
understand
why
it’s
one
of
their
most
popular
deserts.
It’s
light,
perfectly
balanced
between
the
cream
and
crumble.
A
perfect
way
to
end
the
dinner!
