Amazing food and great service. I love doing chef's tastings. When you leave the decisions up to the person who cooks it you often get the best results and always end up with a new experience that you have never tried. I would highly recommend this place, but since it is a very small venue I would recommend making your reservation a bit in advance.

A bit deceived because we were expecting a flavors explosion in every dish but that wasn’t the case. Although everything was good, nothing was exceptional. The restaurant lost its one Michelin star. We had the 7 courses menu. There’s a lot of work behind every dish and we know it but it’s just missing something. Menu details and dishes pictures attached to the post. The best dish was the cauliflower risotto with truffles.

We had the most incredible dinner experience at Montée! Delicious, thoughtful and creative - just such a wonderful highlight of my stay in Paris and a hidden gem of a restaurant. The highest quality in atmosphere, presentation and taste.

Pros: Phenomenal food with an incredible attention to detail provided by a small friendly staff. From the foie gras with banana to the encrusted veal it was one of my top 5 meals of all time. Cons: You'll need a reservation as they only have about 6 tables in their low-key space Overall: If you want a top-tier French fine dining experience with emphasis on the food and not the pretention/fanfare this is the place for you

Rising star chef Yakayuki Nameura brings Japanese ingredients and techniques to modern fresh cuisine. Great little gem. Especially loved the tomato sorbet, the smoked tapioca fois gras, and the lamb with morsel and wild asparagus

We got the 6 course menu (which was in the end 9 because we got the cheese suplement). Delicious! The waitress and the chef are also very professional and caring. Really good experience! Merci beaucoup!

Food stunning, creative, and absolutely excellent. Of course perfectly executed. Service is top notch (Japanese standards). Atmosphere is also perfect. Very discreet musical background. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Es war ein entspanntes geschmackvolles Abend. Jeder Gang hat es auf dem Punkt gebracht. Kleines Restaurant mit genügend Platz zu den anderen Tischen perfekt für ein romantisches Abendessen.

This is a hidden gem. We stumbled across it on accident while browsing restaurants on a prior trip. It has been a full 2.5 years since our first visit and this tiny place has held its own with the well known, highly ranked establishments in Paris. I have not been able to stop thinking about it. Chef creates beautiful, intricate, and well thought out plates. Each dish has an element of surprise. The lunch menu is also incredibly priced at just 55 euros per person for our visit. Well worth a visit and we plan on coming back in the future. Note: reservations currently open at 40 days prior to the desired date.

Chef Takayuki Nameura is serving up some of the most delightful modern cuisine menus in Paris, bringing in his Japanese background but grounded in the best of local food sources and a root in French cuisine. We came for lunch and enjoyed premier service from our front-of-house host, who made sure we had everything we wanted and presented each course with warmth and heart. While every course was executed flawlessly, we were absolutely delighted by the dessert courses where Chef expressed great creativity in re-imagining what would read on the menu as a simple dish in a precision executed creation that was visually not recognizable, but in experience bursting with the elements of the origin dish. For visitors coming to Paris, Montée might seem a step away from the Michelin-starred restaurants in the 1st arrondissement, but it's a quick metro ride to get here, and is only a few minutes walk from the nearest station. If you're reading this and haven't booked, just go ahead and do so now…lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. However, you need to purchase a ticket from the ticket office by showing the Paris Pass before joining the queue to get on to the boat. We got on board th...

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
