Pizzas are great, delicious and well-made. The only problems it took them more than 1.5 hours to cook and serve just one large pizza, coupled with limited spoken English, plus a bit no common sense attitude with the waitresses. If you can’t finish and want to take away the pizzas, they’ll just stake / stuff those pizzas up in a small box like a crappy leftover. Would have thought these people have some common sense if not courtesy, unfortunately really no class in the eyes of tourists. Guess they’re either not being paid, treated, or trained well by their bosses.

This was the most disgusting pizza ever. Full of grease, no flavour, moisty, unbaked and not worthy of your 9 euros for ham and cheese pizza. Definitely not recommended, rather stay hungry!

Ordered a cheese bites home for 19.50 and there is no cheese inside. 1/3 of the pizza it’s just bread with no cheese.

Staff very pleasant, food good. No Super Supreme, no San Francisco crust... Come on, PH Portugal !

Service bad and expensive - inefficient Waiting 30 min to get only drink. When we will get the pizza?

Pretty decent Pizza Hut. If I were you I would ask for the rodízio pizza option as it is basically buffet but you don't have to get up from your seat. Waiters were super nice and very attentive. Probably the best pizza hut ive ever been to.

Staff was rly nice and the food was good.

We waited ages and were then served cold pizza. When we complained we were told that it was because the toppings were cold. We sent it back and then waited so long for the replacement pizza that we paid up and left. My goats cheese salad was okay as were the two starters but this didn't make up for The bad service and cold pizza.

The Pizza Hut in the Forum Aveiro shopping mall is regarding food what you would expect. It is quite expensive, the pizzas are okay and more classic American. The service here in this franchise was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. A welcoming, attentive and warm way of serving is a general Portuguese thing but it is great to see that the same will also be held up in American fast food chains.

Good pizza and quick service.

Take away slice counter could understand English until you asked to order offer showing on screen then suddenly no English.Lazy staff did not want to get a new pizza from restaurant.No wander empty restaurant!!
