    My first experience with this shop. I have placed an order online. Got the confirmation that the payment was received and information on the estimated delivery date (7 days to deliver). I was told that once the order has been dispatched, i would be notified. Today, i should be receiving my order, but the order is still in progress, i have received no dispatch notification nor any notification from a delivery company - i have used the online form yesterday to request for details on my order and i have no feedback. I have tried to call them several times today and i didn't get through. * update: in the meanwhile, one of my attempts to contact came through - it seems one item was missing (just arrived at the storage house and needed validation) - a few minutes after my contact the agent called me notifying that my order had been processed and that it will be shipped tomorrow.

    Forget this store. Go to Castro Electrónica. Placed an order on 26 July. Still waiting. But they have there more than 140€, and in the meanwhile I had to buy the product at other place. If they have stock go there and buy in the store, else go other place.

    I buy A LOT of stuff online here in Portugal... first time using Aquario_PT. Everything arrived as expected (except for one minor electronics item substitution) ...and I like their prices. I just wish that their delivery times were better (17days) or at least, I wish they would communicate better about how long delivery can take to arrive. (that would have been 5 stars) I will likely buy from them again in the future. (unless I'm in a hurry)

    Bad experience with this store. Ordered a Delonghi hcx 9120e heater from this store and it arrived structurally damaged to my house 1 week later. On the same day (19/11) I submitted a request to exchange my product for a funcional one and, until now, I don't have a final reply on when will I get the functional new product i paid for. In summary: Contact phone does no work and the costumer service is not efficient when it comes to deal with this kind of issues.

    It is a good shp to have in the neighborhood, for electric materials and tools. Good for profesional and amateurs as well. It has a good levl of attendance and they usually give good advices. Beeing a relatively small shop it doesn't provide everything or have permanently all the products, but in the same time is not advertised as such.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! I bought a portable aircon (worth 400euros) from their online store only for it to arrive completely faulty. I contacted them about the issue only for them to take ZERO responsibility and pass me off to the manufacture (Electrolux). The manufacture can only look at it if I take it to their repair shop which is an hour away from my house and this machine is BIG and HEAVY and requires a van to transport it. So I went back to Aquario asking if I can just get a refund instead. They said yes but ONLY if I bring it back to their shop myself (I live in Lisbon) AND that the package needs to be in perfect condition. This is ridiculous considering they are the ones who sent me a faulty product that never worked once and I have literally never had a supplier that makes the buyer responsible for the return when it is THEM who sent me a faulty product. Seeing that I have no choice (shipping back this giant thing back to them was likely going to cost me 100euros and the boxes are already open), we hired a van and took the machine to the repair shop. It's been at the repair shop for 3 weeks now and they still have no idea when and how long they'll be able to fix it. I am so beyond angry. This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. Oh and it is also impossible to find their complaints book on their website.

    Hi good afternoon, I would like to give my experience buying in Aquario store I bought a monitor a couple of weeks ago the thing is the monitor was not exactly the model that I saw in the page it was a miss understanding from both parts the store and myself to not provide exactly the model and just give a few description. I paid in the store and wait 2 weeks y receive a message by cellphone when the product was able to take it on Saturday morning . Once I have it I got realized that the model was not ok so I come back on Monday to the store to inform and ask to change for the correct model. IS IMPORTANT MAKE THE CHANGE THE FIRST TWO DAYS SINCE WE HAVE THE PRODUCT if we try to change later maybe the store can refuse the change. Well in my case everything was fine and I will buy again take in account that some product can’t be changed so is better to read all the politics before to buy. Regards!

    Very bad experience. I bought a Samsumg smartwatch which stopped working after little more than 1 year of use. Since it was still within the warranty i submitted a RMA request and paid for shipment of the device, all to get denied by Aquario. Now i am even required to pay for them to send back the broken watch. This is ridiculous. Never buying anything here ever again.
