It's a shame that I haven't discovered the place sooner. I stayed in Athens for few days, but got to know this place on my last evening in the city only. The place is brewery, pub and beer shop, all in one. I believe that customers get in contact with pub and beer shop parts only. Regarding the shop, you can find offer of both local and imported beers. One of the guys working at the place recommended me some good ones and I also bought bunch of beer bottles to take home. Depending on the uniqueness and exclusivity of beer, the price might vary very much. Specifically from this brewery, I liked Mandy Black, which is stout. The guys working at the place seems to be enthusiasts into beer and were giving me an impression of those not that professional, but very friendly people. Someone you would talk to over a beer, not someone who wants your money. If you even slightly like beer, or if you are willing to explore and find out some new interesting places, I really recommend to give this one a try. You will have a nice informal evening.

🍺 Good draft beer (€3.5-8), good vibes, and great for dates or hang sessions with groups (up to 6 people). Outdoor and indoor seating. They also sell GREAT T-shirts (see photos for graphics—I’m waiting for a long sleeve version). They also have a fridge with cans & bottles from other craft breweries (Greek + other EU countries). Nice collection at reasonable prices. ♿️ NOT accessible (one medium step to get in) and no accessible bathroom (very narrow and no bars). Tables are all very tall. Only stools. And they have fans, but it is hot. Amazing service. Ask to try something. They speak English and offer recommendations if you just ask 😁 🥙 They don’t have food, but you can Wolt food here for the perfect night with friends (I recommend Magic Kitchen).

Fantastic craft beer both brewed in-house and from other local brewers. Staff are knowledgeable and happy to talk about hops. Easy to access via public transport.

Small brew pub serving up some really big flavors. This place is just on the outskirts of the downtown area of Athens. A bit of a walk from the acropolis, but doable. If you like beer, then this is a good one to add to your list. Good service and selection of Greek brews!

This punk is something, what should be seen by every beer lover in the world. The beer itself is not for the whole evening drinking if you don’t want to live with a headache next days, but the enviroment, neighborhood and atmosphere is unique.

Best taproom in Athens. If you enjoy beers, you should definitely stop by this place and have a few. You can also rely on the recommendation from the staff, they will gladly help you make a decision. I will definitely come back here when I am in Athens.

Great selection of Greek craft brews. Just about beer and talking about beer. Simple and understated. Right on a quiet street. Three steeps from the road to reach the counter….. I love this place….

One of the best craft beer stores/taprooms in Athens with a wide selection of their own beers. The sour beers are a must-try, as well as the jasmine beer. Unfortunately, time was too short to taste all the beers. Looking forward to trying again on my next visit to Athens.

There aren't a ton of places in Athens to get fresh draft IPA and other craft beers, but SB is worth the walk to sit and chill and enjoy the nice atmosphere. Also, the bartenders were cool and gave us good recommendations for food in the area.

Giving a "full 5" to a taphouse or brewery is a rarity by my standards. Strange Brew found it with its intimate vibes, high quality beers, fair prices, and friendly staff - thank you, Panos! I don't think you'd regret coming here, but you would probably regret not stopping by.
