Simone's place was my first time at an AirBnB. I was a little apprehensive about whether there would be a kettle for coffee - the cozy place has 2 coffee makers and every amenity one would need ! The apartment is squeaky clean with pristine bedsheets and towels. Loved the proximity of the apartment to the Acropolis and monastiraki, we just had a very doable walk to see all the prominent historical spots. Simone is extremely warm, accomodating and takes hospitality to new levels ! Simone was ready for us with a hand - map which put all my research into perspective immediately. (Hidden by Airbnb) maps does quite give a clear picture the way Simone can do in 5 minutes. The home was sparkling clean and definitely what one can consider a home away from home. Fully equipped with AC, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, water heater and even an iron box there's nothing more you can ask for. The location is just a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis and filled with wonderful cafes on the world. Simone had been responsive from the day I made a booking and exceeded all expectations for all help related to our stay and queries since this was our first time to Greece. If we come back to Athens, it's definitely Simone's place.

We were an extended family of 6 people, we stayed at some spectacular places in Greece - but staying at Simone's place was like coming home after a long day of sightseeing (Oh the hot showers were the best). The apartment is just walking distance from the Acropolis and Monastiraki. It is a also a very safe residential area (My brother looked like he wanted to settle down there). The apartment is furnished with every amenity we would need and is a very cozy place. More then anything else. Simone has such a nice personal touch - he is like Santa, you think of something you want, he gets it for you. Hand map of Athens - GRANTED. Adaptor for our phones - GRANTED. He even helped us out with cab bookings a week after we checked out. Rare to find such good-hearted folks these days.

The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and situated in a cosy and quiet neighbourhood. A huge plus is the proximity of the apartments to several typical Greek restaurants. They are all at a walkable distance and very good! Last but definitely not least, the city centre is easily reachable either by foot or a couple of stops by metro (which is conveniently situated close by the apartments). These apartments deserve 5 stars cum Laude!

We can only be super satisfied with this beautiful little gem of an apartment and with Simone who is an exemplary host.. The apartment has everything you need..
