Such a great team! I joined Athens Urban Adventures' special tour-event for people with disabilities. I was simply amazed by how everything was organised and how much local knowledge these guys have. They also really seem to care about other people and their needs. Highly recommended!

Very good walking tours in Athens! Great guides!

We took the "Walking Athens" tour and we visited with our guide so many places, learning so many things for the city and its history. The highlight was the Panathinaic Stadium, the place where the first modern Olympic Games took place. Thanks Athens Urban Adventures for this great time!

We did the Twilight Athens tour. An amazing experience where you find all the nooks and crannies of this great city. Best not eat before the tour since there's a lot of food and drinks. This is a tour that brings people together and the guide (Theodoris) was amazing.

We did the NYT tour with Theo at the end of July. First off, let me address any concern of safety during COVID-19. Theo did a great job of maintaining distance and came equipped with masks and hand sanitizer. We stayed clear of areas that were particularly busy. The tour was supposed to end at 1 but Theo stayed with us well past 3. It was a great value and a great mix of food, culture, and history. Our only regret was not doing this tour at the beginning of our trip rather than the end.

I took Bohemian Tales of the City tour with my wife and we absolutely loved it! A fantastic experience explaining the current Greek reality, consequences of the crisis, differences in architecture, showing real local areas and impressive street art scene etc. Also, we were taken to the places we would have never found on our own! Amazing bars/cafes/restaurants in cool neighbourhoods! This tour felt like hanging out with a local friend which is thanks to our marvellous guide Thodoris! No words to describe how amazing he was! Great storyteller, always patient to answer all of our questions. A guy who surely knows what he's talking about and explains everything like a good sociologist. Thank you, Thodoris and Athens Urban Adventures for making our city break to Athens great :)

The historical and social foundation of the information provided by the guides is crazy. The greek flavours are probably the best I have ever tasted. The twilight of Athens tour just blew my mind, as well as the acropolis museum tour. I would definetely come again to participate in any other tours you offer out of Athens too.

Absolutely perfect! I had the "Markets, ruins and ancient Athens" tour and we found so many different views of the city that we couldn't imagine. Our guide Babis was very informative and passionate, showing us the different sides of Athens and feeling the vibes of the city. I would highly recommend it. This was my second tour in Greece and it was the best tour I have done abroad. I did the taste of athens and the night tour and both guides were acceptional

Theo was an amazing guide who not only pointed out the main sites of Athens as we were walking but also found some off the beaten path sites to show us as well. We had a young child with us and Theo connected with her, even adjusting some of the plan he’d had for our walk to accommodate a five year old.

I have done tour Twilight Athens with my friends - and I can say, being pretty hard to please custommer that this tour was just perfect. There is fun, history, drinks, food ( a LOT of food! ) there are secrets. This is a true Urban Adventures spirit tour.

I did multiple tour with Urban Adventures in Athens, and they were all fantastic. The guides were passionate and knowledgeable, and the entire group had so much fun. Word of advice - Do not show up to the food tours or the Twilight Tour hungry or thirsty. There is so much included on these tours!

Very professionals, kind, understanding and above all, experts on their field! Oh, I've learned so much about my own city... amazing. So many things that we overlook or didn't even notice... These guys transferred us to another dimension!

"Athens Myths & Tales Private Walking Tour" An amazing tour with Georges! The guide was waiting for me at Syntagma Square. From there we went to the Greek parliament just in front of the square to see the changing of the guard. Afterwards we took a little tour of the national garden formerly called Queen Amalia's garden. Then we went back to the Panathenaic stadium, renovated in 1896 for the modern Olympic games. We then saw the temple of Zeus currently under renovation as well as an extract of the wall which previously surrounded Athens. After 3 hours of walking we went to a small traditional cafe in the city to have a snack (coffee and baklava). Finally we looked at some souvenir shops in Monastiraki. It was a very good experience anyway I recommend everyone to take this tour once they arrive in Athens. Georges will explain the whole history of the city to you and give you advice on places to visit.
