Enjoyed our stay in Athens. Great hotel location. Staff was always very nice and professional. Was able to extend out stay. Enjoyed visiting with Ava who took care of our breakfast. WiFi was good. The hotel made a billing error, and when I emailed them about it, they promptly corrected. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Everything about our stay at Neoma was 5 stars. We got in at 9am after an overnight flight and were expecting to drop our things off at the hotel and then need to venture off for the day to wait for our room to be ready. Not only did they greet us so warmly, but took our bags, sat us down in their beautiful breakfast area and brought us coffees and served us a beautiful breakfast (free of charge) as they expedited the housekeeping process so our room was ready for us by noon. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious. The location is perfect. The rooftop is exceptional. BEST VIEW IN ATHENS. Great food, drinks, and pool was so refreshing. The staff was so helpful, so kind, and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure our 24 hours in Athens was perfect. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!!

Absolutely loved our time spent at Neoma. The hotel is very modern with fantastic views of the Acropolis and Parthenon. All the staff go above and beyond with their service and care. It really makes you feel welcome. Rooms were clean, tidy and well designed. The rooftop bar makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Can't recommend them enough!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff is very nice, polite, attentive. Thanks also to the manager for his kindness and good advice. The design of the hotel and The rooms is modern and sleek. The room is well equipped with many cupboards. The hotel is well soundproofed. The view from the room is magnificent as well as from the rooftop ( view on the Acropolis). Very pleasant swimming pool. Many choices for breakfast. A very nice hotel to recommend

Fantastic place with an unbelievable view on Acropolis through the rooftop. We thank Emmanuel the hotel manager & all of his staff for their dedication to hospitality, comfort and quality of services. The Panorama suite with 2 bedrooms was perfect for my wife and our 2 children and offer a great view on Athens. We highly recommand Neoma also for the restaurant and bars. Only one regret, not to stay longer.

A TRULY PHENOMENAL BOUTIQUE HOTEL. I am not over my visit here and I think about the meals I had daily! First, if you’re new to Athens as I was, the location can’t be best as you are nestled right under the Hill of the Muses and can hike that and the Acropolis easily. But the star if the show was the amazing rooftop dinner and views - truly, breathtaking and absolutely 10/10 fine dining meal. So delicious, fresh, delightful. Excellent and attentive service by the whole staff, special shout-out to Elpidoforous! When I come back to Athens this is the hotel I will always stay at, and I will insist this place as my top recommendation to anyone in my network. Such a treat :)

Beautiful hotel and by far the most beautiful 360 rooftop view of the city. Worth staying in the hotel just because of that. as for design, every square inch is accounted for - ample storage for guests, great materials and custom finishes/furniture. Decently-priced and excellent staff. Location is outstanding.

We stayed at the Neoma in September for a week. After missing a connecting flight due to a previous flight delay, it meant we lost one night in the hotel. We contacted them to advise & they were great, very understanding and moved everything to the next day. Our booking was non refundable so we appreciate we were unable to receive a refund. Check in was seamless, we were provided lots of information about the hotel & surrounding area and always greeted upon entering or leaving the hotel. Rooms were clean, bright & spacious. We did need to ask for our air con to be lower a few days but the reception staff did it right away without any issue. We did find the noise from the road at the front can be heard so if you prefer silence, book a city view rather than acropolis however, I’m fairly sensitive to noise and it still didn’t really interfere and we had great sleeps. Food / breakfast: delicious, lovely friendly attentive staff. Food was cooked to order and all super tasty. Great coffee. Pool / rooftop: well laid out sun deck area and AMAZING views of the acropolis, the best we came across all week! Staff were very friendly & attentive, drinks were offered straight away. Food choices for lunch were also great. Overall, we loved our stay at the Neoma. It’s a small hotel and the service reflects that, friendly, intimate and attentive. We would 100% stay again.

This is hotel is a fantastic little gem just out from the Acropolis. The staff are all fantastic. As is the food and drinks. You just cannot faulty this hotel. The rooms are on the larger size you normally find in Athens. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We had the Superior Suite Hill View room. The location was perfect, as it was a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis and was walking distance to other landmarks we wanted to see. The room was clean with a modern look to it. The room came with amenetiea that made it feel luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the lights were chic, and it came with must have conveniences such as a nescafe espresso machine, USB outlets, and a safe. The rooftop bar/restaurant was another standout feature of the hotel. The food was surprisingly good, the view of the Acropolis is amazing, and the nighttime ambiance is romantic. Breakfast is included in your stay and I must say it is impressive. The self serve food is fresh and the a la carte options are equally delicious. I recommend getting fresh orange juice wherever you go. The staff were very friendly and helped make our stay in Athens wonderful.

Such an Amazing experience at Hotel Neoma for the first part of our belated honeymoon in Greece! The entire staff were Incredible and we can’t wait to go back to see them all again! Everything was pure perfection! Beautiful rooftop pool/restaurant/bar. Wonderful location and accommodations!

Neoma Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Athens. We arrived around 10 AM and our room was ready! We were able to put our things away, have breakfast before heading out on our first adventure. The view from our room was a beautiful hillside. Almost everything was walkable from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and engaging. Breakfasts were wonderful and the rooftop bar/restaurant is a must! The food is amazing and Athena was so friendly!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and we had an amazing time. The view from the top bar and pool is unbelievable, photos dont give it justice with the nearly 360 degree view. The food is also great. Rooms are a good size and very modern. The staff go above and beyond. We needed to go to the hospital on our last day and they helped us so much. We had a late flight, and when we got back from the hospital, they had a room ready for us with food so we could take a break before our flight (free of charge). Highly recommend going here, if we are ever back in Athens we already know where to book accommodation.

Absolute worst hotel experience. The building is more like a small apartment complex with very thin walls. The rooftop kept on waking us up in the middle of the night as they bang chairs and tables until 3 am. We called 3 times with no help . Every night the rooftop is open and they will without a doubt wake you up at night. They also charge for water lol? Not honest people.

Literally nothing to complain about. Super helpful staff that seemed genuinely happy to interact with guests, tasty food (especially breakfast), comfy rooms, great location and breathtaking view from the rooftop. 10/10 would stay again 😊

The best view in Athens. The bartender Adriano was amazing. He offered us special drinks that were amazing. Also helped us to find good places in Athens and gave us very interesting hints. We will come back.

Such a wonderful stay at Neoma Hotel. The room was very well decorated, the view is magnificent from the 3rd floor. The staff were smiling and welcoming. The meals, especially the rooftop dinner, were succulent.

Incredible hotel in a very central location of Athens. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful and gave us some good recommendations in the area. The breakfast each morning was tasty and there were a lot of options to choose from. Our bedroom was small, but included a shared outdoor patio to relax on. The bedroom size also isn't much of an issue since you'll be out seeing the town anyway! The rooftop was also great. The pool and bar were closed when we visited in February, but we were able to bring drinks up and check out the views from a covered table. Super close to all the regular tourist destinations and neighborhoods, but there are a lot of good restaurants, wine bars, cafes, and bakeries within five minutes of the hotel. I hope to visit Athens again in the future and I would definitely choose to stay at Neoma hotel again!!

We are from Canada and I have stayed twice at Neoma Hotel. It's beautiful new boutique hotel, close to the Acropolis and nestled in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to the Plaka district, great restaurants are close and an absolutely stunning roof top patio with a view of the Acropolis and the city of Athens. I also love the modern vibe of the place. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. All of the staff speak fluent English. I cold go on about how great it is, but you won't know till you stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay in all aspects! Our room with hill view (and Acropolis view from the balcony) was perfectly clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The view and pool on the rooftop are amazing. A special kudos to all staff members, from the reception to the breakfast and bar-restaurant, they are all welcoming and professional, providing excellent service all the time.

Although we didn't stay at the hotel, we were invited to have a coffee at the rooftop pool bar and were treated to an amazing view of the Acropolis and city of Athens. Adriano at the bar was super kind and friendly. Thank you for waving us up as we were walking by!

We had the pleasure to spend 7 nights in this wonderful hotel. In our time there we had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with all of the employees. There is not enough great things to say about the Staff, from the check in, the room, the breakfast and the pool rooftop bar. They made the stay a great memory. Thank you Neoma Staff, Manos Tsigkakos(Manager) and Evi for the great recommendations. We did not need or want for anything during or stay. Our room was serviced every day and the housekeeping staff were awesome. This Hotel is in a great location, not in the daily rush of everything but just off to the side and close to everything. You have to take in the views from the rooftop pool.

This is the only place to stay in Athens— Neoma is truly a beautiful luxury boutique hotel with an amazing rooftop pool and bar with stunning views of Athens and the Acropolis. The hotel is walking distance from the Acropolis and major sites, as well as the metro and bus lines, restaurants and grocery stores. I stayed in a large modern comfortable room with sweeping views of the city. Breakfast was ridiculous— must-try the French toast and Kagian (traditional breakfast egg dish). And 18 stars to the amazing staff and Manos for their kindness and pampering. They made my Athens visit truly wonderful. This is the only place to stay- it is understated comfortable luxury close to the center of the city.

Cute roof bar/restaurant with a stunning view, good food, BUT what really bugged me and my husband was the fact that the poor service people were struggling to work due to the cold, freezing air, while we relaxed in our warm bubble. The bar is completely exposed to the elements, I can't imagine what the summer must feel like there. Nevertheless, their service was excellent despite the 5° C of the night.
