They brought the sofa in a terrible state !!! I paid 30 euros for delivery. don't buy anything from them 👎🏻

Untrustworthy. Be careful, they will find reasons why you must pay for delivery if this was offered free of charge to induce the sale. I purchased a mattress (2 x 1.6 metres) with "free delivery between 6 & 11 days". Fifteen days later they send an email that: - a) I need to visit the local agency to pick up the order (as if it is easy to just put the 2 x 1.6 metres mattress in your shopping bag and walk home...). b) the area is considered inaccessible by the transport company (meaning unable to be reached, right?) c) if it is delivered there will be an extra charge (so it is accessible then?!) It is a village!! Yes, it is far (54 Kms) but not inaccessible; I had a bed delivered last month by a reputable company and there are daily deliveries to shops and restaurants in the village. Update: The mattress was finally delivered, however, it was slightly damaged during delivery. Very dissapointed.

A very clean and organized store. Glad to have a store in Volos that has in house furniture. Not too cheap, for JYSK quality. However some great deals to be found sometimes. Always home decoration in current trend available.

The staff was polite and friendly, but there was a long delay at the till because they were helping other customers decide what sofa would suit their living room. I mean come on, the rest of the staff can help with that.

The store does not allow pets inside in the year 2022. Other than that, the rude female employee didn’t allow me to walk at the door (inside of the store) to show my husband the things I chose to buy. At first the obvious reason that I might steal them, then because as she said I would be an obstacle for the other customers! She also suggested to pay for everything, then go outside to show my husband who was waiting with our dogs and child and if something was wrong, go back inside and exchange it. All of these with a rude and impolite attitude which makes me wonder: does this store even have a management? The two stars are just for the other two employees that were very helpful and well manered.
