The food is very, very bad. I am not one to write reviews in this fashion, I understand how difficult it can be to run a resturant and try to make a living. However, the food was literally unedible, some were burnt, some were undercooked, absolutely not a single ingredient tasted right. Now, we had a big bill to pay and you would think the oweners would be somewhat commodating if we needed help, but no, we presented the owner with a burger which was burnt beyond belief. The meat patty looked like charcoal. The owner lashed out on us and told us; ”IT’S BBQ BURGER, YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING. Please avoid this resturant unless you have a thing for terrible food and terrible service

The service here is absolutely horrible, when ordering you already feel uncomfortable from the owners tone and frustration. The food there is not exactly as bad but definitely not worth the price. Keep out!

I ordered grilled lax and the cook add a lot of butter to fried it, I thought it supposed to be grilled 🤔 Also as a varma gransaker cook served me literally two small pieces of broccoli and quater of tomato. And the main reason of my unhappines are burned fries!

The quality has dropped completely. We have eaten ceasar salad here many times before, and it was always alright. But today, it was different. The salad was so small, that we literally ate it in 2 minutes and were still hungry. There was barely any chicken, only one slice of bacon, no garlic bread and a few leaves of salad. The dressing was different, tasted like a ready made dressing from the supermarket. We felt tricked, that we paid that much for the small amount of food we got, especially compared to how the salad was before. So sad that the quality and quantity have dropped that much, this was definitely the last time we came.

Average food for above average price. It's going if you need a conveniens grab but if your going for a planned dinner I suggest you take your date elsewhere. The Asian restaurant next door was allowed to serve one of our party of four in this restaurant, which is nice.

Rewriting my review October 24, 2021: Clear drop in service and food quality, staff is stressed and somewhat rude even when the place has almost no guests. Burger prices have increased about 15-20% since last review. They now also charge 35 SEK extra to get anything from their minimal salad bar with your food.

Oxfilé for 249kr where more than half of the meat is unedible, full of tendon probably cut wrong way.

the staff are fantastic, they treat the customers like family and the price is fantastic for what you get. best taste experience I've experienced in a long time. Thanks New York Grill house 🙏
