I have been to various classes and special sessions at YogaMana, and really enjoy it. The team are very welcoming, and I feel more serene as soon as I get into the beautiful yoga space. The gong bath sessions are fabulous, plus after work yoga, and Qigong I have been doing as something new, and also enjoyed slow flow. I'd try others if it fitted with my schedule another time... It is a great place to start, try out new, get into something regular... I really recommend it.

Yoga has become an important part of my life. For the body as well as for the soul. The new premises at Östermalm are fantastic and we don't have to crowd. I go once a week together with other "gentlemen" who have become very good friends over the years. YogaMana and our instructor Rosanna are great.

The nicest yoga studio I've been to and also all the yoga instructors are really good, I've never experienced that before, tried several different studios over the years. The yoga forms suit me really well and there are many sessions to choose from, every day of the week. I have also taken part in several workshops, gong baths among other things, also absolutely wonderful. The app to book/pay through is also great. Super cute staff too!
