Was
rebooked
to
a
different
person
than
the
one
I
chose
when
booking
without
receiving
information
about
this
either
before
or
in
connection
with
the
visit
-
confusing.
The
painting
was
carried
out
ineptly
with
ugly,
uneven
lower
edges
-
see
picture.
They
cut
my
toenails
way
too
short,
and
with
sharp
edges
that
tore
no
less
than
five
pairs
of
expensive
tights
before
I
realized
that
it
was
a
particularly
sharp
big
toenail
that
was
behind
the
socks
breaking.
I
was
given
a
short
notice
appointment
to
fix
the
sharp
edges
on
the
nail
which
was
great.
Unfortunately,
they
filed
the
nail
into
an
ugly
round
shape
that
doesn't
match
the
other
nails
or
suit
me
as
I
like
straighter
nails,
and
instead
of
repainting
the
nail
properly,
they
just
put
on
a
new
layer
of
top
coat.
Given
that
the
price
for
a
pedicure
with
gel
polish
including
removal
of
the
previous
polish
is
significantly
higher
(995
SEK)
than
with
competitors
in
the
same
segment
such
as
Frida
Selkirk,
NH
Nails,
I
would
have
expected
a
higher
standard
and
better
service.
In
my
case,
it
was
a
significantly
more
expensive
pedicure
than
that
-
a
total
of
just
over
SEK
1,500
for
the
torn
tights,
and
an
ugly
round
toenail
that
will
take
a
long
time
to
grow
out.
I
will
choose
another
salon
in
the
future!
