    I popped in to follow up on the referral my doctor had written here on Monday for examination. She who sat in the expedition refused to answer and asked me to take a number slip, thinking that I was not going to any examination. It is so bad to take up visitors' time and make them wait unnecessarily. If they now have an ongoing installation or renovation, they can notify visitors in advance. There were many who stopped waiting and left without being examined. I asked them to send my referral to another X-ray center. Staff attitude was not nice at all. My advice is to avoid this place if you can. Bottom rating!

    Short and concise, if you get a referral from your doctor to this place, ask to go somewhere if you don't want to be treated badly by unprofessional staff.

    Dagen efter jag trodde jag brutit handen skickades jag av Närakuten Tegnérgatan hit för röntgen. Promenaden var 10 min dit, väntade 10 min, röntgades och gick tillbaka till jobbet. Inom 1h hade jag fått besked. Extremt förvånad hur väloljad sjukvården kan upplevas ibland.

    Would take MRI. Ended up with a female employee who was unfortunately very unprofessional and seemed super-stressed. Made zero allowance for my extreme claustrophobia even though I filled this in beforehand. Why do you have to answer a lot of questions if the x-ray staff does not take this into account?? When I later pointed out her treatment, she waved it off. It is precisely these people who, unfortunately, may never learn. Or hopefully it will get better. We all have bad days, but it is important to act professionally when caring for a patient. Will never want a referral here again.

    You have misjudged a fracture. Which has created a lot of confusion, including the fact that our health insurance does not apply. If the diagnosis is to be changed then the person who made the assessment should revise his medical training. Is misconduct according to . How do we get in touch with you? Chatbot I don't want to text with!!! And 1177 does not work when the patient you misjudged is 15.5 years old. Oh, and I, as a parent, can't go that way either.. /

    Grumpy and sour at the reception when you get there and ask something. Acts like they don't like working there and in a reception. Have been there several times and pulls me every time because of the sour attitude already at the reception. Urk

    It is not possible to get in touch when you want to cancel an offer now that I am in the emergency room. You break some kind of record with robot voices and chats and phone queues where you never get through. What a company In half an hour I shall be with you, perhaps you can receive the information this way that I will not come at 11 a.m. 2 times you have canceled mu I cancel this way when I am in the emergency room. Everything feels like a joke. What is the manager's name?

    Came there after referral where the doctor instructed the drop-in. At the reception, I and several others receive unpleasant and stressed treatment. Got the message that I couldn't get a drop-in, despite the doctor and my own information. Instead, I received a handwritten note with an appointment in several weeks. Why couldn't you have called then if you had the referral so I didn't have to travel and be treated like this?

    Ten minute waiting time, apparently lucky as the nurse said there were many patients today! Totally ok staff at the reception!
