Delicious grilled food such as kebab on skewers, served with a parsley sallad in bread. The meat was very juicy. It was nice to see more unconventional options such as köfta, liver and sucuk! The prices are very good as well (pretty much everything costs the same). This is a foodtruck but there were small seats and tables to use outside.

Wish I could turn back the clock to 12.00 and eat that Adana again.

Probably the best wrap (I had adana) I had from a foodtruck. It is like having charcoal grill dish from a mediterranean restaurant, but simplified, in form of a wrap. Slightly messy to eat at the end. They grill the meat at order, which is great, but also something to consider when being on busy lunch (about 10-15 min waiting time). A couple of chairs available at the truck, but Vaksala torg is not to cozy place, so I would recommend to bring this to a nicer place. Would be nice as picnic food.

Legit good stuff, nicely flavored grilled meat. I don’t even like lamb, but this was really good. Liberal use of parsley is the highlight.

You could really taste and feel the freshness of all the vetegables, vetegables and bread. When it comes to food i am usually very picky and Uppsala is not the best city in Sweden when it comes to food (especially fast food) but this food wagon is top class and i dare say the best fast food in all of Uppsala. I very seldom give someone 5 stars but this one is perfect. For all you vegans out there. This wagon has something for you as well.

Absolutely without a doubt the most authentic Turkish food experience in Uppsala. Can not recommend enough. Hasan is a real grillmaster!
