Pleasant and professional staff. The nails turned out super nice, unfortunately the nail fell off only after 1 week (!) after the treatment. Also emailed the salon to inform about this but did not receive a response. Such a shame and unfortunately won't be going back. Me and my sister were at the salon in Sturegalleria, 14/7, at 3 p.m. Both have gone off..

I add 2 stars not because of the quality of service, they look very perfect and kind. BUT: Yesterday (29th Dec 2023), I visited them to schedule an appointment, but they couldn't accommodate me and gave me a slot for the next day at 3 pm. (They served me very kind) i left Stockholm suddenly , when I tried to cancel the appointment on the same day (less than 10 hours), the cancellation link wouldn't allow it. The shop was closed, and this morning (30th Dec), they informed me that canceling the appointment would incur a charge. Now, I've received an invoice for around 90 euros, which is unfair as I never received any service. This is both ridiculous and unprofessional. I urge the shop to reconsider this charge.

I have seen two of the ladies at Sturegallerian now and both were wonderful, professional and informative and did a really good job of my nails (I always get a gel manicure and pedicure). I have had really bad (and expensive!) experiences in Stockholm but Nail Democracy is consistently good!

I was at Sturegallerian on 24/11/2021,l fixed my nails with Gell tips,coming home l noticed one was loose went back there on 25/11,it was rectified,as l was to travel,on my flight one dropped (what a shame),by one week nearly all had dropped,as l post this is 8 days since they fixed me and all l have is regrets,l made it to look nice on my holiday here l am with no nice hands yet l paid 1199 kr.I have emailed privately asking for refund no answer.If you want tips ruuuuun away,pic in comments .

Always received a nice treatment, the times I've been there. The girls who did my nails are talented, nice and very attentive to me as a customer!

Best nail salon in Stockholm! Super friendly and they provide that extra special personal touch! I walk away feeling amazing as if I just left a month long trip to Hawaii! Daniela is incredible!!

Nice staff and super nice nails that last a long time! Highly recommend going here if you want a feeling of luxury but still harmony and relaxation.
