Thank you to my lovely dentist Sladjana and assistant dentist Diana for being so kind , professional and accomodating. They were able to take me in on my appointment for a tooth filling even when I was a bit late for waiting on the wrong floor since there was no English signage and the telephone auto messages where in Swedish. Will return and do my dental check ups with her 🥰

If I could give all the stars in the universe - I would. This is how happy I am with the service at Folktandvården Handen. Amazing service from the reception to the dentist and back. I had to make this review because I have never had such amazing service (both in terms of professionality and dental care) anywhere else in Sweden. I had Tandläkare Yasuko and Tandskoterska Yildiz . I apologize for mentioning their names, but I cant begin to describe how amazing they both were. So I feel strongly that they be singled out and personally acknowledged. They attended to me for a series of visits. Yasuko was very detailed, attentive, not to mention how friendly she was. This was the first dentist experience I've had where I was so relaxed - I think I could actually fall asleep in the chair and felt confident that she would do everything perfectly and without pain. The best dentist I have had (and I have changed dentists quite a bit and in 5 differnt countries). Yildiz: The warmth and genuiness with which she greeted and directed me to the room was comparable to none. On all my visits I looked forward to this welcome. She was very attentive and always asked to ensure that I was comfortable during the procedures. Thanks to the thoroughness, high competence, friendliness of both ladies (Yasuko & Yildiz) all my visits were amazing and now I am extremely happy with the results. I would definitely recommend dentist Yasuko and nurse Yildiz as well as Folktandvården Handen. I hope I can keep them for future check-ups. If they leave Im gonna folow them wherever they go :) . Visited on several occasions. Professional care and treatment. Polite staff and clean premises. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Horrible experience! - I was promised an English speaker as a dentist: got two, one worse than the other. - the first dentist started my treatment in January 2020 and, now after a year just 1 out 3 problems have been solved: ➡️”we can’t fix this one, so we have to extract it”. Done. ➡️the second dentist detected an inflammation in one of the Neighbour teeth. She got it done. However, after telling her for 2 months I still felt it sensitive, she had to fix it again since there was still an inflammation. Guess what? I had to pay for that again; a job that was not well done at first. ➡️the crown promised for the third teeth is not a thing after ONE YEAR. Two attempts have failed: the first time I got it it broke. The second time it did not have the same measures, so it had to be sent back to laboratory again. Now I’m still waiting for a new appointment since they are in vacation AGAIN.

Lagade en tand som blev helt platt.. lika platt som en marmorskiva. Kändes sjukt dålig! Gick tillbaka till en annan tandläkare på samma mottagning som sa att tanden såg jättefin ut och att han inte kan göra ett bättre jobb själv och mer eller mindre kastade ut mig utan att vilja rätta till nått! Gick till en privat tandläkare efteråt som sa att dom gjort fel. Tanden hade dom slipat för lågt samt att hon fixade en tand form som nu känns fantastisk. Rekommenderar verkligen inte Folktandvården i Handen terminalen.. 2st personal som inte vet hur en tand ska se ut!

Går inte och säga med ord hur grym tandläkaren Dalia är! Jag som är så himla rädd för tandläkaren så kändes detta besök inte alls läskigt utan det kändes bra! Dalia hade ett sådant tålamod att det inte går och beskriva, tacksam för allt jobb du utfört och jag har rekommenderat alla jag känner till att byta deras tandläkare till dig!!! Du är helt klart BÄST!

Mitt besök hos tandläkaren Mattias var mycket uppskattat. Han visade både kunskap och omtanke, och hans tydlighet samt effektivitet imponerade verkligen. Rekommenderar honom varmt!
