Super satisfied with my diabetes nurse, but unfortunately there has been a large turnover of doctors in recent years, so there is little hope of getting good care. Where are all the GPs today?

I think that some of the staff at the health center are not doing their job. They just think a lot. Been there once a week started on 4/11 with my child who has a rash in the nitrogen fold, has been prescribed antibiotics for staph twice for 10 days. I have insisted that they write a referral to the skin clinic and that they do a more basic examination. But nothing happens. The infection only gets worse

This healthcare center and the healthcare staff do not deserve a single star. 1-Does not take anything seriously. I called for two urgent matters. I have been greeted by very unserious staff. No feedback yet promised feedback. Very frivolous behavior. Now I was still able to post a review but I feel sorry for all the elderly and people who don't know the language who don't get their voice heard.

This health center is so useless...You can never get in touch with anyone no matter how serious the problem is. The staff don't take anything seriously and don't care. The health center should exist so that people do not have to go to the emergency room for minor problems, but if you cannot get in touch with the health center, you have to go to the emergency room and it would be difficult for the emergency room. This health center has gotten worse since kry started taking over.

Best medical center I've had. Always get quick and good help from doctors and nurses. Very professional and competent!

Great nurse and sub-nurse with nice treatment BUT unbearable doctor who doesn't care, is rude, writes mistakes and doesn't listen. Many mistakes and wrong medicines. Didn't get any help. Listed about me.

Called to make an appointment. Was then told that there was no need to make an appointment for emergency visits. When I got there, you had to register at Skarptorp to visit their emergency room. Am listed in Stockholm and wondered what was the point of listing there for a visit and then listing back. They thought then I could contact my health center if there was an emergency appointment there. Went to another health center and got an emergency appointment without having to make a list. Completely unnecessary hassle with having to fill in papers when you are unwell or in pain. Aleris wants to make money from patients, which they were now not allowed to do. Add to that a rude treatment by disengaged staff. Avoid this "care center".

Worst I've been through. Took over 6 months to get help and I felt they didn't take me seriously. A doctor said I had exercise pain when in fact I had a herniated disc that needed surgery.

About a month ago, I received a letter about a phone time of Dec. 6 at 11 a.m., but no one called. Think you can send sms if tx doctor has been blocked. Bad manners!

Very bad doctor who didn't want to listen and was so unempathetic. Changed health center and received so much better help. Never again skarptorps health center and will never recommend that health center
