Very bad service I ran out of toilet paper and called fifth times to the desk service where they said "you needed to book cleaning the day before". Sorry I didnt know that the toilet paper would be finished yesterday...

This is not a 4-star hotel! Worst spent money on hotel ever! We were in the Junior Suite (Nov 2023). The interior of the room was very good and that is only a good thing. In the room was VERY cold and they are aware of it. They offered us to change room and new room was a little warmer but not enough. Floor heating doesn't work in the bathroom. The pool area is very small and VERY cold. All area smell really hard on chemicals. A lot of places are not cleaned properly. In women changing room is about 15 degrees. The children's playroom (it is actually small corner) is dirty. Toys are mixed and destroyed, for kids are hard to play. The children's playroom (it is actually small corner) is dirty. Very nice. Located a little away from city center, though.

Big hotel with wonderful tropical atrium with high ceiling by the reception area. Pool, sauna and gym o the ninth floor are clean and pleasant. Good buffet breakfast with gluten-free, lactose free and vegan alternatives. Bar and restaurant at the atrium. There are at least three sets of lifts so ask at the reception so it'll be easier to find your room. Access to hotel from garage. Spacious and comfortable rooms but as with most hotels, could have additional towel racks. Overall good quality.

It was a nice place to stay… we have same experience that our nose clogged due to not so good ventilation.

So the Hotel is placed next to the highway to Stokholm. There are shopping centers around, so no problems to buy whatever you need. The hotel itself seems to be very modern, even the building seems to built a few years ago. Anyway the rooms are very comfortable and suitable for somebody who come here for business or tourist purposes. The only problem😀 could be the old type of iron in your room (no steaming). The restaurant offers very good cuisine. I’ve never been hungry when I was leaving it. The internal patio (lobby) is organized with a lot of green lol plants, palms etc, what makes this place very calm even hotel itself is a skyscraper. Nice wellness area (gym, swimming pool and sauna). The gym itself is small one but for those who need real one there is “SPORT” gym complex(3000 m, fully equipped)!!! The only disadvantage is that you have to pay at least 1500 Swedish korona for 10 entries. There is no possibility to pay for one entry only. Beside that there is also very good opportunity for runners. The tracks via the forest let you rest after all day of job. You can also rent a bicycle at the hotel if you like.

Good hotel. Rooms are nice, the atrium is really nice with a large koi pond in the middle and plenty of tropical plants and trees. Ask reception for some fish food and let your kids feed the koi. The breakfast is pretty good although nowhere near Norwegian hotel breakfasts. The staff are typical Swedish, quite cold, very few words and not really that customer service minded. Not something specific to this hotel though, most of Sweden is like this. Overall a pretty good hotel. Would go back again.

One of my favorite scandic hotels. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well-decorated. ICA and MAX Burgers within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and I loved loved the lobby

A beautiful djungle-like lobby and a great breakfast buffet. The room quality varies.

What i love about it was Nice unique atmosphere and inside garden that feels quite relaxing. Small pool, sauna qnd small gym. Clean and tidy room. Temperature inside room was cold in end og august and for the second night we stayed we got extra radiator and blanket but it was late and we got cold 🤧 unfortunately. No kettle or coffee/tea/cup inside room Hair dryer and iron was available in the room. Nice breakfast with quite ok varieties but after third day maybe boring since there were no new choices. Parking cost 150sek for each night. You need to have car otherwise not very convenient. Recommended for short stay.

The worst service I have ever experienced in the hotel. To get the room cleaned you need to order the service the day before but even if you do order cleaning it is not sure that the room will be cleaned anyhow. We had a lot of troubles with cleaning services. And when you travel with small children the stay in this hotel is getting more troublesome. Do not reccomend this hotel.

Just a great stay, we were there last weekend to get away from it all, and Camilla who works at the front desk is just Gold. Hotel felt and looked great, pool was warm and sauna was big and just perfect. Restaurant was closed so its too bad we missed that, but all in all the staff was fantastic. Cant say enough about how Camilla helped from me calling before the booking to all the info when we arrived. Just a fantastic human being who i hope gets the appreciation she deserves. /Alex

Nice room, nice lounge area, nice staff. But way to understaffed. The poor girl at the bar was serving dinner, taking orders and cleaning the tables. Big plus to the working staff. BIG minus to the management

It's ok, but you will be surprised with stuff like: 1. You have to pay your parking (aprox 30eur/dau) 2. Your room will not be cleaned every day 3. Some of the furniture you will find it dusty... 4. In the Elevator you will feel like in the 100 B.C. 5. You do not have a carpet on the floor which will get you cold to your feet 6. Bathroom is new renovated 7. Breakfast is good 8. Inside the building you will have a very beautiful rainforest

The welcome was a bit unpleasant and careless, otherwise it was clean and calm. There is not much to do around, eat and sleep then go next stop.

Got to be one of the neatest Scandics I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at quite a few. Gobsmacking open interior with vegetation climbing the sides and a "lake" with carps provide a super relaxed feeling. Rooms and breakfast are as expected on the higher end of the Scandic scale, can't complain. A huge bonus for the spa area with a decent pool and proper saunas.

Stayed here one night Sat-Sun. This Hotel is mainly occupied during weekdays since their main clientele is businesses or other that has conference. It's a great place to stay at during weekends since it isn't that much people there. Rooms are spacious and modern decorated at least those that has been renovated. In the rooms I miss a minibar and a kettle. Breakfast has good quality and an OK selection, would have hoped they had something more surprising. The pool and gym area is ok sized but I can imagine that it gets crowded when the hotel is more occupied. The pool needs renovation and so does the dressing rooms. Saunas takes 25min to heat up and the men's saunas is pretty big. The best part of this hotel is the really friendly staff that helps you with anything. It's a great alternative to busy hotels in the city centre.

The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. However I missed a minibar, kettle and a wardrobe in the room. Also getting a double bed instead of two single beds comes with a fee. Breakfast was nice with enough of fresh food and selection that doesn't get boring during a short business trip. The hotel is located near woods which allows you to go for a run and enjoy the atmosphere of scandinavian suburbs and nature.

A very solid hotel - category business/capital/airport convenience. Absolutely fine for families. Nice exterior and interior, rooms & corridors etc in 100% condition which is unusual for a hotel with this kind of location & purpose. Nice atrium with healthy koi carp swimming in big, clean pool, great breakfast, easy parking. In-room tea & coffee and during-stay room cleaning etc are gradually disappearing from all hotel chains, so too here.

Hotel staffers were nice and helpful. The food was very good. The AC in one of our rooms was broken and the hotel put a fan in the room without explaining to us that the AC was broken. We spent the night wondering if the AC was set wrongly until we figured that the second room our family stayed in had no fan and the AC was working perfectly using the same setting as in our room. Also, I find it strange that in a Scandic hotel you have to separately pay for bathrobes and slippers.

Nice & clean hotel with spacious rooms. But the room has only two single beds & single bed matress. There is no double bed with matress even for stay of a couple. Also the air conditioning system is poor. Also the breakfast didn’t have English language menu details so difficult for international tourist to understand about beef or pork.
