The brand / concept doesn’t need explaining. I came in here looking to buy a pair of jeans. Got pretty cold customer service, no hello / smile, felt like I wasn’t welcome. Basically snotty atmosphere. Left feeling off put by acne brand and almost deciding to shop elsewhere. I went to the store around the corner at PK Huset and got incredible, friendly, personable customer service that was worlds apart. Unless you’re looking for very seasonal / statement items don’t waste your time on this location and check out PK Huset location instead.

I really like the Acne brand. I think this store is a must see. It’s an incredible location and they have optimized it to the highest degree. It is an expensive brand no doubt but like everyone the quality of the things you buy is amazing. Even the staff who works here always brings their A-Game. Yesterday I purchased something and the personnel who helped me made sure I knew how to clean it and everything.

Really friendly staff, most of the new collection is actually in stock in that store.

This store is just beautiful, i love the greco-roman architecture of the store. Also the people working there are extremly friendly! I had a nice conversation with an employee who gave some nice infos about the brand.

Really nice store with a good layout. Helpful staff. But very expensive compared to what you'll find elsewhere. You're paying for the brand.

I was so happy to be able to visit one of my favorite brands based in Sweden in my trip! The store is huge and tastefully decorated. I ended up purchasing the blue-grey scarf, the salesperson was incredibly friendly and assisted me throughout the way.

Haven’t gotten to go but cool use of the space that was the birthplace of Stockholm syndrome. Happy to see it be reused and I look forward to do some shopping soon!

Many OGs are dissing about new Acne but I love how extreme they go in their own term. This store represents true identity of the brand unlike any of their insipid sale items that you scroll through at some multi brand web platform.

Absolutely gorgeous store! Even if you aren’t going to buy anything, def worth a visit to look and browse around. The staff were also on their A-game; they were attentive but not hovering, calm and collected, and made checkout an enjoyable experience!

It’s a good store but when you walk in and all of the staff are staring hunched over their phones it detracts from, what should be, a shopping experience. Unless this was a live colab with banksy and the staff. Reduced 2 stars for this. It’s a major pet peeve. The designs are great, making some subtly bold choices which I really appreciate over more loud and aggressive styles. This gains 2 points. The comfort area of examining the products with the staff is probably fine for H&M but not what I expected from what is an aiming towards high fashion, especially when you find defects in 3 products and the staff has moved away to again stare at a phone. I love hearing the stories of the products and the brand history as well as the innovations but…. Nada. They were attentive when asked but I have to push for engagement. This drops another star. Unfortunate as it’s a brand I respect but the experience and the staff made a major dent in the process.

If you're into Acne's type of fashion this is the store to go to. I've been to at least 10 different Acne flagship stores around the world but this one here is clearly the best. Beautiful store design, great staff and in this shop they actually carry every piece in their current collections.

One of the nicest stores I have ever seen. Shop designer deserves a higher salary.
