Hello,
Unfortunately
we
had
a
terrible
experience.
We
were
booked
for
a
12
bridges
trip
in
Stockholm
on
Nov
1st
and
had
absolutely
no
service
on
board
which
was
offered
according
to
plan.
At
first
the
boat
departed
30
minutes
later
which
made
us
miss
our
later
tour
in
the
city.
Additionally,
we
had
all
windows
of
the
boat
fogged
up
and
wet,
so
there
was
no
way
to
see
the
sights
outside
on
the
shores.
In
addition
to
that
the
free
views
were
blocked
by
Halloween
decorations
(spider
webs
and
red
âbloodyâ
hands
on
the
windows�)
When
we
asked
for
the
windows
to
be
cleaned
the
assistant
on
the
boat
said
he
needs
to
make
coffee
for
the
captain
and
doesnât
have
time.
Lastly
the
Audio
guide
was
not
functioning
properly
for
us
and
all
our
neighbors
we
were
told
just
to
listen
in
another
language?!?
Basically
all
we
did
was
to
sit
on
a
boat
for
two
hours
and
wait
to
get
off.
The
lady
at
the
port
selling
tickets
was
very
understanding
and
communicated
her
apologies
very
well.
Unfortunately
she
couldnât
refund
our
tickets
because
it
was
bought
online.
Therefore
we
kindly
asked
customer
service
to
refund
our
tickets
via
online
transfer.
Never
got
an
answer.
