Despite being an hour early we found the boat full when it arrived to our boarding dock. From the only seats we could find by a window in the back of the totally enclosed boat we couldn’t see anything (avoid the left; everything interesting is on the right) but worst was the carbon monoxide poisoning that entered and pooled by our seats, making the experience close to unbearable. Many beside us fell asleep while others more aware of the situation resorted to standing closer to the front of the boat where at least the air was more breathable. The experience wasn’t so bad for all on the boat though. My advice: do your research carefully ahead of time and choose your boarding site and seat wisely!! But probably the public ferry is a better bet- more fresh air and clearer views.

We only had one day and wanted to see as much as possible of Stockholm - the boat tour "under the bridges" was recommended by locals. + we were lucky to get seats in the back/outside and thus had a good view + the tour covers a lot about the country in general and the city specifically - audio guides worked fine - the tour took more than two hours and the boat turned halfway, that means you see everything twice. As a lot of the time you are just passing some houses/Appartments, the most interesting points have been passed in the first 20 minutes. It would be a great thing if more stops were added so you can get off after half of the ride.

My hotel recommended this company. On the way to Voxholm the boat was super crowded. Standing room only, hot and uncomfortable and inside smelled of diesel fumes. On the way back from voxholm, there were half as many people, and it was really lovely. The voxholm 3 hr tour was beautiful and I would do it again, but other tours companies had fewer people on the boats.

The under the bridges tour was the worst city tour I have ever been on. It’s way too long, the (pre-recorded) tour is very boring, repeats itself, and tells you very little interesting things, it’s way to hot in the back of the boat (and this was end of August), and you can’t see properly from some of the seats. I would rather have my money (and my time) back.

Relativ teuere Tour.

Never thought I’d give a boat tour 5 stars. Great overview of the city and its rich history. As possible, I’d suggest starting your stay in Stockholm here. 2 hours long.

The boat ride and views of the city are fantastic. However, the main reason we paid for the tour instead of riding the ferry around the city is to learn information about Stockholm. I don't know if it is the headphones or the headphone jack, but we tried multiple different seats. Several were completely broken so you couldn't hear. Others worked intermittently. It was very difficult to hear the tour. In hindsight I would have just taken the ferry and saved money. Also the tour was very difficult to find. In winter there are several different docks and most are not staffed. We followed the directions from the email and the website. We were at the wrong dock. Luckily we spoke with a staff member who just happened to be getting off one of the boats and he helped us get to the right area which was a 10 minute walk from where we were. Glad we arrived early.

This was our first boat tour here in stockholm. It was a good one especially if its your first time to come in stockholm. Staff are very polite and the boat itself is clean.

Rather noce but too long excursion. Could be 30 minutes shorter to keep it interesting from the very beginning till the very end.

Hello, Unfortunately we had a terrible experience. We were booked for a 12 bridges trip in Stockholm on Nov 1st and had absolutely no service on board which was offered according to plan. At first the boat departed 30 minutes later which made us miss our later tour in the city. Additionally, we had all windows of the boat fogged up and wet, so there was no way to see the sights outside on the shores. In addition to that the free views were blocked by Halloween decorations (spider webs and red „bloody“ hands on the windows…?) When we asked for the windows to be cleaned the assistant on the boat said he needs to make coffee for the captain and doesn’t have time. Lastly the Audio guide was not functioning properly for us and all our neighbors we were told just to listen in another language?!? Basically all we did was to sit on a boat for two hours and wait to get off. The lady at the port selling tickets was very understanding and communicated her apologies very well. Unfortunately she couldn’t refund our tickets because it was bought online. Therefore we kindly asked customer service to refund our tickets via online transfer. Never got an answer.

We tried to do this tour as part of the go city pass but they said it was canceled because of the ice/snow. Nothing you could do about that. So we did the royal canal tour, which ended up being underwhelming. Honestly wouldn’t have been worth the money if it wasn’t covered by the go city pass. We wanted to do the archipelago tour but we were told those tours are only on the weekend. The reason I gave this two stars was because the website’s information is basically all wrong. You’re better off going to the customer kiosk to make a reservation and ask for information. Perhaps these would be better in the summer…

The trip is way too long. Note it is not round trip, you go same way back as you came. The views are beautiful, thanks that the weather was super fine +28C so we enjoyed in the back of boat!

The audio guide is just ok and does not have a lot of interesting facts. All in all the whole trip is a big touristic attraction and less people focused. Seeing all the places was nice tough

Awesome tour, there's so much to see. Thank you for the adventure of a lifetime. As an added bonus, there was a really good-looking Indian guy on our boat, he had long hair. Great atmosphere overall👍

Very good starting of Stockholm exploring from the boat. Slightly guided tour with good views on city from other point of view.

No seats available. The boat was comoleately cluttered.

The captain and assistant were very rude, we went with a baby and a folded stroller (of the size of a bag) and they did not let us get on the boat, they did not give us any option, just “ask in the kiosk to get your money back”

Really good price personally to view Stockholm from the water for just over 2 hours, toilets on board and snacks too! We sat outside, unfortunately when the boat travels 90% of the time there is the shrill screeching noise which was a little off putting but didn't ruin the entire experience

The tour was quite good- an excellent way to obtain a fresh perspective on the city- the engine noise overshadowed the audio narration. I was not able to hear well enough. If you've flown to Sweden and have noise canceling headphones for the flight, brigh those along to make this a perfect 5 star ***** experience.
