Ambiance is good,but coffee taste was like we made at home nothing was like wow, we had pizza n sanwiches taste was normal nothing was like we are sitting im a standard are for me it was totally waste of money

We just stopped to sip a coffee and to have some snacks. As coffee at Coffee Bean and Tea leaf was fantastic but food, food was pathetic and poorly presented even an ordinary person can cook well. Good things are; * Coffee * Staff * Ambience Bad things Food || overpriced Parking

My meal included ice caramel macchiato & roast vegetables with hummus. It was really delicious, ambience was peaceful and staff was really sincere as well.

Customer handling of Satkar Maan and Nancy made me leave a negative review. They do not even deserve a single star. I am a regular customer of this particular outlet, I have been visiting this place quite often, would say almost everyday the quality of customer service is deteriorating day by day. They have become so rude and arrogant that they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. There is no dearth of good cafe's, there are so many other cafe's nearby but just being a loyal customer I preferred not to choose another cafe. But such behaviour of staff has made me doubt my choice and I might not come to this place again.

The coffe is great, I would say so far the best I've seen in this city, also the ambiance looks great. Staff is sincere and listen well. All except the pizza. Its an honest disappointment. Not tasty at all. Rest all is good.

Location good..no dedicated parking..nice ambience..menu limited..too infact too expensive..coffee in 280Rs not worth..sandwich 300Rs..price tag of menu items makes this place unworthy. Not recommended.

Good place for those who wake up early and love drinking coffee. Coffee taste is good though need to improve little bit. But overall this place is amazing they serve milk with Americano but they prefer to say Black coffee for Americano. Well decorated and well responsive staff they have. I love to visit again when I get second chance to visit Jalandhar India.

Great coffee. Amazing cakes. Atmosphere here is good. Prices are slightly on the higher side but are totally worth it. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll definitely enjoy this place. Their cheesecakes are to die for. Not giving 5 stars as the place can improve more in terms of infrastructure. Cost for 2 people - ₹600 approx.

Ordered caramel iceblended yesterday in jalandhar outlet. But i got a watery milk cold coffee.When I compain about it to a waiter, he continuously said it was iceblended. I don't know whom he was fooling. Because its been my favorite drink since years and I order it everytime. He was saying that iceblended is always been like this. Hope you get it.

Nice atmosphere for friends and family. Comfortable seating and ample eating options and drink menu. Friendly service. Bathroom can be cleaner. Would recommend this place in Jalandhar.

Totally love this place ♥️ never ever disappoints you. From food to coffee to flavours to service to everything, they’ll give you the best always. Undoubtedly the best coffees. Hot or cold, both tastes amazing. The chilli cheese toast is the best thing they make after spaghetti. The best chilli cheese toast you’ll ever taste. I’m always up for the coffee bean & tea leaf.

The staff really needs to be replaced. They are so impolite and won’t let you sit even for a minute without ordering. The moment your last bite is over, they are ready with the bill without even asking. That’s not how a coffee shop works. I love the coffee and the food, but I hate visiting the place only because of the staff.

I was served stale food, and got bad stomach ache. This was not expected. However, food tastes good but this craftiness destroyed the place for me and obviously will tell others also.
