I recently underwent laser hair removal at this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The procedure was conducted by two individuals who, in my opinion, lacked the professionalism and training expected for such a service. The application of the laser was messy, with gel scattered haphazardly. Additionally, the removal of the patch seemed rushed and incomplete, leaving me with the impression that the technicians were not adequately trained for the task at hand. Regrettably, the outcome reflected this, as a significant portion of the treated hairs remained untouched. Moreover, I observed what seemed to be a lack of expertise in adjusting the power settings of the laser. The intensity appeared too low to achieve the desired effectiveness, raising concerns about the overall quality of the service provided. In conclusion, my experience with the laser hair removal service at this establishment was disappointing due to unprofessionalism, inadequate training, and subpar execution of the procedure. I hope this feedback contributes to improvements in their services for future clients.

I undergone laser treatment for pigmentation. Iniitally things were looking promising. I was advised to go for 5 to 8 seating for laser. After 4th seating I was asked to add one more type of laser. Which also I agreed, then again I was asked to take 2 laser treatments simulteniously for more 5 seatings. And after having treatment for more than 6 months, no visible improvement in pigmentation dark spots. After each laser seating, my skin gets fair (temporary) which is not my end goal. Ultimately, after spending 50k to 60k , not a happy custome. (one side note, when you go for treatment, consider 4k to 6 k addional for medicine, cream etc on every visit) One more thing, after the laser treatement, my skin became more sensitive and extra dry. I get Rashes after using facewhas, which was not at all happned before the treatment)

Effective reasonable pricing , got 100% results ..we can experience results only wen we go for lasers and not by seeing price list , definitely worth money, I spent around 30k and got great results for perioral dermatitis .thank you dr Rachi and team. I think doctor is very intelligent and has latest machines laser for removing spots , so one should be ethical and not comment about pricing as this is not facial it’s laser. Once again have visited Dr. Rachi clinic during my home visit after 4 years. I have Boils issue on my skin. She gave me well boon time to understand my skin concerns and give me effective treatment with good explanation.Also give me practical advice, How to control my diet to prevent skin related issues. Treatment done for hair removal (upper lips n chin). Initially I was satisfied, but then after 2 sitting, reception assistant was doing the laser process instead of doctor. And to hide this they made sure that I wear eye protection glasses before she enters. It was really disappointing. After completing my 8 sitting, hair growth is reduced a bit, but my parlour visit frequency is still same.

Being a medico i know what is basic problem i have with a skin disorder.... I didnt even expect that a specialist doctor can diagnose even worse than a first year mbbs student....cant differentiate between black spots and acne vulgaris stage 4 ... Seriously?!!!! Taking pictures in full light....doesnt prove that you are a good doctor..... Pls dont waste ur money here..... A gentle request to all patients.... I can bet you can get a better treatment in government facilities.... Dont visit this clinic... Its waste of time and money

Acne treatment best got 100% results staff very professional supportive and got excellent results .Dr.Rachi gave me results when I completed total 6 sessions recommend by her . We need patience and almost 5-6 sessions required to control pimples.
