Also they don't clear any information..once they said you can checkout but 2 o'clock in afternoon but by 12 30 Only they started telling to empty our rooms. They don't respect their customers that i have majorly observed. In room no soap available , no towels , no geyser in bathroom and no drinking water they provide in room. In lunch and breakfast they charge extra for drinking water. Hot water comes to the tap directly but we need to go and inform them every time when we required. Pros : place is nice, beach is near to the resort, food was nice at resort. Cons : after giving package Money they will charge extra for drinking water and food, no hot water, washroom and toilet are combined, if you paid 70 % amount of package by the next day manager comes at door start asking for remaining amount. Never going to recommend any one here. Swimming pool was available but no use they close it early. Not recommend anyone.

Superb experience, let me tell u all the main USP of this resort that it has very good natural surroundings & neat & clean swimming pool. Veg and Non kitchen are separate. Amazing food preparation. Even u can order subzi u like but for that u have pay for the dish it's not included in the package & food I can say that it's totally like homemade food nice arrangement of seating. Rooms are not so lavish but for short vacations its quite fine. But those were clean & with natural surroundings. And most important staff is very helpful & prompt in the service. Ample of parking place. All in all u can totally relax with your family and friends. Very chillax place. Just one suggestion is to keep the Phone in the rooms to get connect with Reception and Kitchen.

Nice place for a first time visit, just opp the beach breakfast was good, swiming pool was good had a little struggle with parking space but manageable overall a good experience happy for it...

we visited this resort just 6 days back...not at all satisfied with this property and the service...building was too old .we had planned to stay for two nights but unfortunately stayed for one night only ...rooms were average,even normal water jug or bottle were not there to drink water. Waiter came to ask about water at 9:30 p.m. Owner's behaviour was not at all humble and nice. Service was very poor. geyser was not working in our room so they provided us another room to bath.we didn't expect hifi property and room but atleast presentable rooms should be there. Food was ok. swimming pool was clean surrounding was good and beach was nearby the resort.overall our stay was below the expectations

Very Pathetic Me and my Friends book 3-4 cottages there, the Manager or the main person handling was so so rude to us and also the most confused man. First the say everything food is included but then they charge you for your food. Pool timings are so bad - from morning 8 to 12 only and evening 4 to 6 pm only They forcibly close the pool gates and spread chlorine in water. The workers who work and cook are very nice and helpful BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS PATHETIC PLEASE DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE NON TIME FOLLOWER ON VACATIONS ATLEAST

The place is like 1980, nothing is maintained. They charge as per today's rate but property n ambiance is of 50 years back. Also it has a seperate kitchen for non veg, but everything is cooked in non veg kitchen, not preferred for family and vegetarians.

Good resort to stay with the nature, makes you feel like staying at farm. Ideal for quick small weekend escape for people from Mumbai, Surat etc. Rooms were average but not bad. The beaches are off-beat, peaceful & pristine & worth a visit. The only point which shall make me a bit skeptical for my next visit to this particular resort is that they do not let you drink (alcoholic beverages) in the open area. We being from Gujarat, typically, choose resorts, farms & stays out of the state primarily to enjoy drinks with family & friends since we cannot consume them in Gujarat. However, if this particular purpose not served, there is not much point choosing this resort. However, it is totally recommended for couples & families not much interested in consuming alcohol or are OK with savoring them in the room. P.S. These are the views particularly about the resort however, Bordi in general is a very good weekend destination to relax & chill.

The Stay over there was really Nice. Staff are very cooperative and polite. Food is Okay however the quantity is very good. A must visit place with a great view.

Anand Resort Bordi (ARB) is just 10-15 minutes by auto-rickshaw from Gholvad station. Bordi beach is walking distance about 10 min from this place, but if you want to swim, there is a great swimming pool in the resort itself! ARB has two large open-grounds areas where weddings, functions, parties and religious events may be held with space for about 600-850 people at a time. The vegetarian in-house restaurant is so good that our hard-core non vegetarian guests refused to go out to eat non-veg food! (Unbelievable for us). There is also a small gazebo area with a separate front gate to the road, and an outsourced Chinese restaurant near the gazebo circle, for guests who like a change of pallet. Food there is not as good as the in-house veg kitchen. Wifi is available, cable TV is installed in each room, mobile signal is weak at the resort (as of Nov 2022). Few TVs are old, (as of same date) but working. Also, new TVs are expected soon. Rooms are comfortable, wash rooms are modern and very clean, staff is very friendly and efficient, owners are extremely customer-centric and professional in their approach. Overall score would be about 98% from our side.

Right from the moment, we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was amazing. From welcoming and cheerful staff to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to revisit Anand resort sometime in the future, possibly for a longer stay

This place is really great for an escape from busy city life. Resort staff is very nice with helpful and courteous attitude towards guests. Food is also very good and reasonably priced. Overall had good experience.

Resort service is not good. A/c non working properly needs servicing which is not happening.. Food is worst... Veg non veg kichens r so far... Promises greeneey is not maintain.. Don't have positive wibes in resorts... Looks like bhutia mahal.. Wouldn't advice anyone.

It was spacious, clean and well kept. Food was very tasty. Variety of foods was available. Swimming pool is very big, clean and separate for children and adults. They have good play area for children. Everything was children friendly. Very quiet and calm. Weather outside was hot but inside resort because of lot of greenery it was very cool. Safe for senior citizens to walk in the entire resort. The staff took care of our requirements. Service was prompt. If you drive from Mumbai, you will be parallel to the coastal highway with serene views. The Sunset was beautiful!

Location wise, it's great near to the beach. Rooms could have been better, but they have an ample amount of open space.

We went there for a one-night stay, however, the moment we arrived we realized that this place is not as good as it is painted to be. No doubt there is a huge place around with a big pool but it is not very well maintained.

It's a decen resort with wide property near bordi beach. Positives 1. Staff is always ready to help 2. Food is tasty, specailly gujarati and jain too 3. Property is hugh, you'll get many open spaces to do any activity Negatives 1. Low maintenance of the property, may be due to COVID, but ot could have maintained in a better way 2. It feels like a park of small insects sometimes. Knowing that it's surrounded with greenery, proper care could have been taken to avoid insects entering your plate at least Overall it's a decent place to be in if you have your family or group along.

The place is nice, Swimming is huge with 6 feet inches... Also they have seprate pools gor children. But they need to maintain their surrounding with proper grass cut and all.. Over all it was good experience beach is also exact opposite to the resto.

The property is a very big, specious and full of nature.Food and service is excellent.Cleanlyness of room.is good..But one suggestion please developer more amenities like indoor play,developer more huts and many more.

Amazing serene location opposite the beach in the midst of nature and chickoo trees. The rooms have new powerful Diakin air conditioning and are spacious and clean. They offer seafood poultry and Chinese cuisine apart from their authentic Gujarati thali they have been serving since decades. ,

We had a great time there The kids had fun at the pool and the garden, The staff is friendly and accommodating and the owner is a gem of a person. I would visit again with friends and family.
