Very bad experience with the smart bazaar.... not to shop anything from it.... and the staff don't have any manner how to treat customer and Even the Manager was trying to hide himself when the situation occurs.. The Management should take note of this as the smart Bazaar is newly build but if this things happens with every customer then one day this smart bazaar will get close soon.....

Like all bigbajar this is also good place for purchasing discounted products. The building is very large, there are three floors in the building. You can get all the things there.starting from grocery to apparels and clothes. Everything at one roof. You can also purchase electronic products here. The place is must visit.Its a simple Big Bazaar. Has everything that a supermarket should have. Staff is pretty cool and all the products are arranged well.

Accessible to all I was looking for club soda but I couldn't find Store has many many items but mine wasn't there Most embarassing is that carry bag is chargeable As usual parking problem can't manage I might avoid big store next time Good luck

A massive store with many household products as well as fresh produce and clothing. All on different floors. Fresh food was of good quality. Staff were removing any rotten or damaged food from the area. Clothing area was very nice. Lots for men, women and kids. Reasonable prices as well and quality felt good. Cosmetics and health and beauty products were really well stocked. They had a hide range of hair products and the deals they have are good. The attitude of some staff when asked a question is very rude and sometimes childish. You’d think if you work in retail you’d know how to talk to people properly. Some staff are ready to help and very friendly.

Very bad experience as the staff had attitude behavior and the manager don't know how to tackle the situation as well as the product they have kept is the out of date and they ask customer to check the product itself and the staff is not ready to guide the customer. Smart Bazaar the word tries to express that the bazaar would have the best quality but after purchasing the product and when a customer go to the bazaar they don't provide the proper information as well as the staff tells the customer to look for the product itself and behavior with the customer is the worst I have ever seen.... Talking about the Manager. He is the one who don't know how to manage the Staff as well as how to behave with the customer. After this rude behavior one day this will close the Bazaar very soon....

Nice retailer shop to pickup every smaller and bigger things for regular home usages. People can buy things in cheaper rates and in middle of Anand City/city centre.......

Good place to shop monthly groceries. Down side is its on a busy road and they have no one to manage parking and ensuring vehicular discipline. I avoid it for that specific reason.

Working staff on the floor and Cashiers were very helping. All item displayed nicely. Due to high customer volume in the store, between the Aisles space is very less, so difficult to move with the cart.

Very congested place to move freely. Hardly you get variety of brand options to buy. Mostly they display their own brand and keep very few options from other brands.

There are always absents of prize tag of various items, also today I have visited the shop and purchased the breads which was buy 1 get 1 free offer. I have purchased only one bread ofBakers choice milk bread, 400 grm. which was offered price 60 Rs. Mrp. In buy 1 get 1 free offer. But I have purchased only 1, 400grms. and cashier 60714811 had added twice the same item and charged me of qty. 2 nos. Which was wrong. I reached home and saw the bill with my purchased items it was wrong found, I contacted with coustmar care but it was closed.

Good infrastructure, fresh item, all in one store. But today 2nd September my 1st shoping i gone within positive hope it is going all good but when at the billing desk cashier told me price i suprised , when I pick item from rack the price tag of scheme is not matching to the bill of item. MRP on scheme tag is not matching with MRP on item packaging by manufacturer. When I told this to employees they covering their mistakes. I don't made more excuses but realy this is my second bad experience at reliance. There good this is that they are giving good discount on item which I appreciate.

Smart bazar is one of the best super mart in the city. There are a lot of varieties available with affordable price. I recently buy buffalo brands short and T-shirt.

Despite one of the big store of anand , there is upi payment services especially for Amazon pay. Moreover , system is too slow to respond.

As many knows that big bazzar is closing entirely so there is no such goods they are not importing product now. They are emptying their loads so that there will not much goods but you will find the house holds a little however, they have FBB open they are selling clothes.

Right now Big Baazar does not have fresh stocks. More over many of isles were empty. Its waste of time to visit right now as per my experience..

Since some time now like since few months... they are not stocking up. It is all empty. No discount offers or anything. There's only stock for clothes, kitchen utensils and other few stuff. Very less stock in groceries. That's why it isn't much preferred to shop there now.

Neat and clean mall for shopping. There is a theatre on the 3rd flor of this building.

The Inox theatre is well cleaned and sanitized after covid so u can visit there for movies.

Very Bad Experience nowadays before 2020 it was such a nice mall but now it is worst place no one is visiting the store and the goods are outdated and no new items are being updated. Clothes variety is also very bad.... And NO NEW DEALS ARE APPROACHING.

Big bazaar is the very good place for the shipping and many other brands or shop are near by the big bazaar and it's also the inox cinema and in the big bazaar many offers are run in the diwali sale and the big Bazaar content of the clothes and many more item are in the store it's very good place for the shoping

It's very low crowdy place and having and average price benefit in compare with D mart. And I personally prefer D mart more then bigbazar.

If we consider the business strategy Its same as like old big bazar, Just name is changed, They try to become a d mart but the eventually failed. The major reason is the misleading offers which ultimately frustrate the customer. I think they should not repeat the same mistake of big bazar business strategy.
