recently
stayed
at
Madhuban
Resort
and
Spa,
and
was
profoundly
dissatisfied
with
the
service
and
amenities.
My
experience
was
far
below
the
standards
expected
from
a
reputable
establishment.
Firstly,
the
customer
service
was
abysmal.
The
staff
appeared
disinterested
and
unresponsive
to
basic
requests.
Their
lack
of
professionalism
and
courtesy
was
startling
and
completely
unacceptable
for
any
service-oriented
business.
Furthermore,
the
amenities,
which
were
one
of
the
main
reasons
I
chose
this
resort,
were
a
major
letdown.
The
early
closure
of
facilities
such
as
the
pool,
gym,
lounge
and
indoor
game
room,
was
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
not
communicated
effectively
upon
booking
or
check-in.
This
lack
of
transparency
is
misleading
and
unacceptable.
Moreover,
the
overall
quality
of
service
left
much
to
be
desired.
From
the
slow
response
times
at
the
reception
to
the
inadequate
housekeeping,
it
was
evident
that
customer
satisfaction
is
not
a
priority
at
this
establishment.
In
conclusion,
my
stay
was
a
huge
disappointment.
The
service
was
subpar,
the
amenities
were
not
as
advertised,
and
the
overall
experience
was
frustrating.
I
cannot
recommend
this
hotel
and
advise
potential
guests
to
look
elsewhere
for
a
more
fulfilling
and
hassle-free
stay.
