    Newly made society , most of the houses are empty and open to students who are studying in the colleges near ADIT or who works in the GIDC area. No restriction are there. The rent is well in budget if you have 6 or 7 other people with you . They are not furnished but basic service will be provided by the owner or the broker. It's a bit away from the city area so you need to travel across GIDC.
