The hotel offers good rooms at a very reasonable price. The food service is super fast. The breakfast items are limited. The place is situated next to a shopping mall and a lot of restaurants. Overall it is nice for business trips.

The owner and management of the hotel are very polite. I went there for a business meeting and it was the hottest day ever however Arizona Inn put a water purifier with a water cooler outside the hotel on the roadside for free to all people. They are doing great work as a "પાણી ની પરબ". Lots of people stopped there under the tree and drank cold water in summer time and made themselves hydrated. Decent rooms, delicious food with slight Gujrati flavour, excellent service, our stay was during cricket World Cup thus they served basic meal in night, almost mid night. Breakfast timeing is 8 to 10 am.

Hotel was preety well maintained and was clean and asthetic. Even staff was also polite and helpfull enough as i went there to give me ielts speaking test. And even food and ambience is also great over there. The reason for lacking 5th star is that my cousin was with me. My test didnt took long but it took quite 30 mins inculding all formalites. So my cousin had to wait outside of the hotel even though there was sitting place inside cause someone from the staff guided him to wait oustide. So please make some arrangements atleast to seat as standing outside is fine but in humid or raniy weahter is not quite suitable so please look forward on that.

Good neat and clean hotel. Service also good. They provide shampoo,shower gel, moisture, tooth paste, brush, shaving razor etc. Also, cofee & team provision with kettle. But that cofee and team taste suck. But from there hotel they provide nice tea and cofee.

It was a great experience. As the food is so tasty and has many different styles including Mexican, Thai, Italian and Chinese. Paneer starters are chefs kiss.

Location is best because it has nearby all facilities like Mc Donald's, shopping center and all.

A good place with good food. Staff is helpful but I have a complain with the television services like kids channels which even after request could not be fulfilled. Also this is nothing new I asked, they usually provide anyways. Rest everything is fine. A little overpriced I felt.

Constant odor in the room from the bathroom gutter.. Dirty carpet full of hair... Not vacuumed and dark spots everywhere. Plus, mosquitoes y the dozens in the bedroom. Managemwbt had no answers for them.

Great stay, I was there for my first time a few days ago. Overall excellent experience and service, bellmen were always on time and took care of all our items and requests. Hotel overall does need some work as far as pests go - these were addressed but it is India so pests are expected. I ask that front desk try to stay aware of these things before simply saying they’ll handle it. Breakfast could use some more variety - seemed to be the same everyday vs what is advertised . Recommend a stay here but will take a couple years before it’s at its full extent. Some of the issues are simply due to India climate so that makes sense.

I have visited Arizona Hotel three times and each time it was marriage ceremony. It's a good place to be. Food is also of good quality. It's situated on the Anand Sojitra highway and easy to find. Beside Arizona Hotel is Maruti Solaris. Anyway, nice hotel and banquet.

This hotel is beyond your expectations.. I had booked it for 2 whole days for my marriage function and they just served our guests better than any 5 star hotels..Banquet Manger Mr. Jitu was standing there all the time to ensure the best service to be provided and the food was on top notch.. also the rooms were very neat and clean and room service was also upto the mark.. Arizona Inn staff made our special day more special as all the guests were happy and I think my wedding must be the 1st wedding where noone had a single complain about food or any service all thanks to Arizona team..

All cars in parking are cleaned freebof costbif they are on night atay, its a good gesture for car traveller

Poor service from man at the reception man is not clear on availability of rooms. Hotels should be booking rooms on first come first basis however man at reception gives priority to enquiry of bookings. This is not professional at all and poor customer service
