Was denied over phone that if we're married today and ID don't match showing we're husband and wife we cannot stay. Ridiculous. No one is going to get dressed in wedding clothes and decorate car to lie?

Overall, an excellent stay with good service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Close to Anand station. Room service for food was also good. They arranged cars as needed at very reasonable rates. Cars were also clean and drivers good. Minor suggestions to improve: Please keep a jestspray in washroom and provide an electric kettle with tea/coffee sachet

Spacious room, helpful staff and location also on main road, walkable distance for Amul factory, 5-7 mins drive to station.. just a suggestion for the management - pls have a shower curtain else bathroom becomes very wet once we take shower ..

The hotel was a decent stay for the ones seeking a quick accommodation. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The pantry services here are, operational 24x7. The general cleanliness and quality of service are excellent. Ample parking space in a safe zone. The WiFi connection, though free and available, is quire unreliable, but not a worry, since the hotel has decent network for major providers, so guests can switch to mobile hotspot if required.

Stayed here for almost 12 days. This was the best experience in Anand out of 4 hotels that I have stayed in in the past 6 months. Staff is extremely polite and diligent in work. The in house kitchen also has very good Punjabi food. The complimentary breakfast had two items everyday along with fruit, eggs and bread. I think it was very basic home like breakfast which u can actually have everyday, not very heavy or fancy. All in all, a very good experience. Will definitely stay at this hotel only for all visits to Anand in future. Thank u to the whole team

Excellent place to stay with reasonable price. 3 star facilities. Delicious food, situated very close to railway station & exactly opposite of Amul Dairy. Food mall at 2 min. Walk. Recommended & best place to stay.

We visited hotel in oct 2021, gr8 location, neat clean and spacious room( abt 240 sq ft room). staff was well behaved. i asked for early check in which they accepted and even did not charge us for extra 2 hour of check out time. i must recommend this hotel to those who are visiting anand

Been a regular visitor over the years. Well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. Limited room service options, but lots of alternatives for food nearby.

It is like a mini suite room. Rooms are extremely clean with all needed amenities. This place can be chosen for business, family, couple or solo visit. Only and big downside is the washrooms don't have exhaust or outlet.

Very clean, on-the-toes staff and A-la-carte food is very tasty too. Nice spacious rooms.

The room was spacious and clean. The service was also good. But the thing I did not like here is the lights. There is no single LED light in the entire room. There were many dim night lamps but no white lamp. Sometimes I had to turn on the mobile flashlight at night. I don't know about all the rooms in the hotel. But I had this problem in my room.
