Most impressive is the service we have received here from the very humble staff. Food is also impressive. We had a family function at the resort and whoever made the decision, it was worth the money. Swimming pool in front side is good for relaxation.

Pathetic service...No options for jain in breakfast..breakfast ke naam pe teen cheezein thi and service was very very very slow and bedsheets and blankets were used and blood stained and not changed..staff was very rude and not at all helpful..not worth it for thia much money. Don't go eber

Very pathetic service. Breakfast had no options, could not provide the bare minimum. Bedsheet not changed from the previous customer visits, multiple stains present. The television would work for five minutes and then get switched off. The stuff completely unaware about how to deal with the situation .overall: A Complete disappointment, not the choice for a casual weekend getaway

Nice hotel, rooms was massive but the bathroom was small. They should have really made a larger bathroom. Also this hotel has no gym even though it's advertised with having one.

For service, I would have given 0 star if it was possible. I travel frequently but have never faced such pathetic service. Manager and Receptionist don't know the way they should talk to their guests. Horrible service!!! Won't suggest anyone.

I call jalashray resort for booking someone is pickup call and he talk very rudely and he cut the call mid conversation. And also he has no knowledge about price first he say 4500 plus gst for 2 day and with in seconds he changed and suddenly he said 10000 plus gst for 2 days 🤔

There are numerous food items available to test ..... Specially it's starter food is delicious 🤤 However, paneer quality is one of the best quality I think ...

1. Cigarette smoke was coming in the bathroom.. it was suffocating and caused difficulty in breathing.. complained about it since afternoon but nothing was done.. they just kept air freshener in room.. finally at night around 11 pm they changed our room after repeated complaints from us.. 2. Flush was not working 3. AC stopped working for sometime in the old room also and new room also. 4. Service is pathetic.. despite calling multiple times, nobody comes to clean the room 5. Linen is stained and dirty.

This is also a good place to have dinner, lunch, or just have snacks , you can also keep functions here as they have a good banquet area and amazing food.

The staffs response is worst.dey just wants money.dey dont care for the customers.staffs are careless(especially reception staff).will never ever suggest to ny one in future.

Pros: Good ambience. Excellent quality of food, furniture and tablewares. Good customer service. Cons: 1. Crowdy and bit too noisy on weekends. 2. Not a good place to sit and talk while having your final orders (desserts) otherwise you'll be asked to leave as there would be others who would be waiting. 3. Not all the food items are listed in the menu and you are supposed to ask your server for "Today's special" or "any others" for more items served.

Stayed there for 3 days with family. Comfortable big rooms but with only 2 complimentary small water bottles per day. No buffet breakfast very limited to same menu everyday no bakery products.

Food was taste bud soothing. Extra ordinary taste. Ambiance is superb.

Its more like a hotel. Food is excellent. Rooms are large and nicely maintained. Staff behaviour is also nice. About the amenitites, There's one pool in the hotel. Also Spa and banquet halls but no garden. Worth staying if you are near Nadiad.

We went for dinner so reviews are around restaurant. Though it is a resort overall ambience was good and premium. Property was cleaned and well managed. Restaurant having nice arrangements and very good mocktail bar was there. We just tried north indian dishes. Food was excellent in teast. Proper spices added. Jeers rice was not proper cooked. Serving style is regular but good service. I am not sure but found food delivery slight slow. Prices seems reasonable as food quantity was very good. Overall it was nice experience and enjoyed dinner with family. Even we spent some time around pool side after dinner and kids also have a fun

The staff is so helpfull and very kind nature. The banquet is quite large , large enough for 150-200 people. The food taste is absolutely delicious and also their servings are great. There is a pool which we can get yearly membership to use it as well as many other perks. There is alot of parking space besides the gate and also in the basement.

Food was good but I purchased water bottles. They was billed Rs 45/- Rupes and also add GST. After I tell owner so he tell me it's our rules. Seriously water bottle price Rs 45/- and GST also. No good resopence so please avoid
