Excellent property Value for money, neatly maintained, great ambiance. Safe for kids to have fun time. Food quality is really good. They maintained all safety protocols as prescribed for COVID 19. Check in experience was good and room amenities were fairly good. Location is fantastic. Garden and pool upkeep is very good. The staff are professional and service oriented. Definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family. Once again thanking the team of Boulevard9 for making our time at the property memorable. Keep the good work.

I had gone there for 2 day picnic with my friends. Had lots of fun. Buffet spread was great. Had live counters n lots of desserts too. Indoor activities, swimming pool, badminton were available. Had fun playing them with family. If there is any special occasion like anniversary then you can tell manager beforehand and it will arrange for it .the service staff was very pleasant 😉

Our villa was next to a construction, so all the dust came into the villa. We weren't informed that the spa services were unavailable beforehand. Lights weren't working in the rooms and basic amenities like extra slippers and bathrobes were missing, the phone wasn't working. The plates for the in room dining services weren't cleared. On the TV, channels weren't working. The food was good and met our expectations.

Amazing place for a picnic in Gujarat. Value for money is there. Service is amazing. Food options are also nice but if you are a street food taste lover, this is not a place for you. Hygiene is at 100.

The resort offers complete facilities, It was an awesome experience to stay in this hotel. Good food, and nice service. Good place for family too. The hotel staffs at the facilities are also very friendly and responsive to the guest there. It was a perfect resort for one or two day trips. they have well maintained property and kids play area along with extracurricular activities. most beautiful part is food. i booked all meal plans and we enjoyed each meal because of its unique test and different options every days. bakery products were so yummy and awesome. without much thinking go for it.

Amazing service food location ambiance It's a great resort and I heard the sound of peacocks, after ages. Food too is good and they have a good variety of cuisine. It's very close to the highway, one can actually see the highway from one part of the lobby. Service is very good, including housekeeping. I saw a person taking the whole of the morning to clean the swimming pool. Meticulously. I have seen people cleaning much larger pools in half the time. This person diligently cleaned it after a weekend when the pool was used to the fullest. A big plus point for me is that they also have a small library for people like me. I came here on work and hope I get sent here again.

Boulevard9 isn't your general 5 star hotel. It is, but a homely affair. The rooms were nice, offering Television, Kettle, Fridge, Hair Dryer and a shower. The service was great too! The Pool was usable and the sports cafe, also known as the place for indoor games was good. It had carrom, chess, a pool table, table tennis, darts and other indoor games. On the outer end, the garden was huge and had a volleyball net as well. It was overlooking the highway.

I am not sure who is giving this an excellent rating, maybe bots because this was a terrible experience and would not give this property 2 stars. 1. This property is more interested in collecting money without providing good service. Upon check in, they tried to put us in a subpar room than the premium rooms we paid for until we insisted they honor the room we paid for. They are consistently taking short cuts hoping you do not notice. 2. We had to call them constantly without prompt response by the staff. English was poor for most of the associates at this property, and there was constant having to repeat. 3. Spa experience was very poor with only 1 masseuse who would double book appointments. There was loud music playing downstairs during my massage experience, and when we asked to turn it down, it only got louder. So much for a relaxing, quiet spa experience! 4. My laundry was ruined, all my expensive clothes were shrank. They did not offer to correct this after their mistake. 5. The shower was inconsistent, and there was a broken handle. No consistent hot water. 6. The restaurant service was slow despite repeating orders multiple times. I also had an insect which was fried into my food. Yes, you saw that correctly.... an insect was cooked into the food. Question the cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. They also served spoilt juice claiming it was "fresh". 7. The desk associate on check out was kind enough to offer us a discount for the inconvenience and the following day, the awful manager, Mohandas had retracted this and has been constantly pestering us to pay the difference conveniently claiming a communication error (despite the associate speaking English) once we had already left the property. Money Hungry property with no good customer experience of customer service. Stay clear of this property, find a legitimate alternative 5 star luxury property with a legitimate spa.

Good place to conduct corporate programs. Staff is very supportive. Food quality is good. They also have one day picnic options which can be a good option to explore. The location is very convenient as it is on National Highway. Overall good property and good service.

One of the best leisure resorts I have visited to this date. I enjoyed everything -- from Room, Food, Amenities, Natural surrounding, Staff friendliness, Hospitality and last but not the least COVID precautions. Everything was top notch. Keep up the good work.

A great resort with all the facilities. It has a very big lawn as well which it perfect for marriage functions. 3 big size banquets are also available. Sports cafe and Swimming pool are some great ammenities. In terms of food, it's delicious.

I went with my family to give a surprise party to my mother-in-law and I was stunned to see the awesome service given by staff of the hotel. We didn't had to wait a single minute for our food. Everything was perfect and I am happy to visit again for this great experience.

Absolutely amazing service from all aspects. Our room was not yet ready yet (we arrived before check-in time) and the front desk agent suggested we go for lunch in the meantime. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious, then our waiter offered to check on our room. Our room was in fact ready, and we had even been upgraded to an amazing suite overlooking the square! Thankyou for the Amazing experience...

I didn’t expect this kind of property in Nadiad. A pleasant stay with good location and clean rooms with good amenities. I would like to appreciate the hotel staff, very friendly, professional and supportive. Would definitely have my stay on the next visit.

I visited from the US with family and stayed here for about 4-5 days for an event nearby and it was wonderful! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the service was top quality! Their restaurant and breakfast service was beyond expectations. If I'm ever near Nadiad again I will certainly be returning here!

This may be categorised as One of the best hotel/resort in Central Gujarat. Nice and comfortable stay. Rooms are pretty big and comfortable. Services are up to the mark. Facilities are also quite good. Food quality is good, variety in breakfast and meals is just as expected in any 5star hotel. Swimming pool is big enough to accommodate 40 odd people at a time with comfort. Kids play area and indoor games are also nice place crafted for timepass. Overall nice experience.

This was perfect resort and what we exactly needed - peaceful, clean , well maintained and great staff. When we checked in all reception staff greeted us also made sure they we check the room before we move our luggage . Room was exactly as pictured and ac was on so temperature was well maintained.Every thing was cleaned and proper as one should expect in resort . We enjoyed our stay here and breakfast was really good too .All staff were really good .Joy was very helpful and I don’t know the name of other reception staff but they all were polite , well mannered and helpful.I highly recommend this resort and I would definitely stay here again .

Great unwinding experience, satisfaction was more than expected. From well-groomed front-desk team that executed quick check-in, to eager-to-serve attitude of restaurant staff, it turned out to be very pleasing stay. Food in terms of spread and taste was good in all meals. Raining?? Don't worry - enough of past time by way of indoor games and well-equipped gym. Spacious room, clean ambiance and housekeeping even at pool side - makes this property apt for both holiday and business stay.

The rooms were okayish, the TV was smaller and the bathroom was very tiny. The resort itself is small (if you don't count the lawns on both sides). The food is a little above average (Jain food is available too) and it just tastes like the food from an unlimited pizza place. Only visit if you're in a group. No solo or couple trips recommended.

Simply enjoyed a lot. Excellent hospitality.. lovely staff. Wheather you go to front desk or go to restaurant. Everyone are so courteous. Too too good. We had booked 7 rooms. Ewe are all senior citizens above 70 years to 75 years. Everyone were so happy.

I have been ordering food online from the Cafe through zomato & it became the must visit place in my mind. Food quality & Hygiene of the restaurant is at its best. Cakes are super awesome fresh & yum. Food is also tasty but definitely needs some more improvement. But otherwise it's one of the best places to eat & hangout with family & friends. And yes it's expensive still affordable for celebrating great occasions Pl share your experience in reply if I missed something.

Friendly staff, calm environment, away from city hustle, accessible to main highway, reasonable price, nice swimming pool, great food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also all kinds of indoor and outdoor activities like ludo, pool table, table tennis, carrom, badminton, Frisbee etc are available. Rooms are good and spacious with a good view. Book directly by calling the hotel rather than booking via apps. They give a good discount!

Visited place yesterday with family , the room is like a small villa which has a room on 1st floor and when u come down u have drawing room and dining table. Not premium but property is good. We had all 3 meals included. Fairly priced. Breakfast lunch and dinner all 3 were well made. Good variety and taste. Overall the package was fairly priced. Pool was good the kids had fun. Service wise everything was prompt. Another plus was it was an hour away from Ahmedabad so you don’t get tired of travelling. Good even for a day change. Overall very good experience.

Rooms are neat and clean..but the taste of food is average. As far as the concerned of the other amenities available in 5 star category resorts, there was not much available except swimming pool.. overall okay experience, hygiene wise perfect and cleanliness wise good.

Just perfect for a place to be on weekend. The rooms, the buffet food, the pool, the cafe all in all everything was just top notch. Lovely compact resort on highway side to be on a weekend. Decent chalet cottages with bath tubs and pool view with balcony. There are rooms as well. Indoor games at sports cafe is also well maintained with decent options. Have a bakery as well at the cafe. Jain breakfast spread was the most i have ever seen at a place. Would love to come back here for sure.

It is a rainy season and we had a first villa like room so the staircase was so wet our entire room got dirty we had kids who might fall on the wet stairs. I hoped that they just got that part covered. The fridge downstairs was leaking water so we had a puddle in the morning in the drawing room. Again children or anybody who didn't notice may fall or trip. Other than that rooms were good. They had a jacuzzi bathtub. Room service were very co operative. Swimming pool was ok, children play area was also there. They also do events like garba. The food is good but bit spicy. Desserts were really good. We haven't paid in advanced, decided to pay at the time of check out so we get lots of calls to pay the full bills every 2-3 hours.

You will get value for money and basic 5 star facilities covered. But don't expect 5 star experience. Breakfast was average. Restaurant food options are limited. But rooms are good. Good service. Overall an enjoyable stay if you go with low expectations.

Green Gardens and playground. Negative The hall allocated to my group was smelling and was not so elegant. Indoor sports room could have been more spacious.
