is
giving
this
an
excellent
rating,
maybe
bots
because
this
was
a
terrible
experience
and
would
not
give
this
property
2
stars.
1.
This
property
is
more
interested
in
collecting
money
without
providing
good
service.
Upon
check
in,
they
tried
to
put
us
in
a
subpar
room
than
the
premium
rooms
we
paid
for
until
we
insisted
they
honor
the
room
we
paid
for.
They
are
consistently
taking
short
cuts
hoping
you
do
not
notice.
2.
We
had
to
call
them
constantly
without
prompt
response
by
the
staff.
English
was
poor
for
most
of
the
associates
at
this
property,
and
there
was
constant
having
to
repeat.
3.
Spa
experience
was
very
poor
with
only
1
masseuse
who
would
double
book
appointments.
There
was
loud
music
playing
downstairs
during
my
massage
experience,
and
when
we
asked
to
turn
it
down,
it
only
got
louder.
So
much
for
a
relaxing,
quiet
spa
experience!
4.
My
laundry
was
ruined,
all
my
expensive
clothes
were
shrank.
They
did
not
offer
to
correct
this
after
their
mistake.
5.
The
shower
was
inconsistent,
and
there
was
a
broken
handle.
No
consistent
hot
water.
6.
The
restaurant
service
was
slow
despite
repeating
orders
multiple
times.
I
also
had
an
insect
which
was
fried
into
my
food.
Yes,
you
saw
that
correctly....
an
insect
was
cooked
into
the
food.
Question
the
cleanliness
of
the
breakfast
buffet.
They
also
served
spoilt
juice
claiming
it
was
"fresh".
7.
The
desk
associate
on
check
out
was
kind
enough
to
offer
us
a
discount
for
the
inconvenience
and
the
following
day,
the
awful
manager,
Mohandas
had
retracted
this
and
has
been
constantly
pestering
us
to
pay
the
difference
conveniently
claiming
a
communication
error
(despite
the
associate
speaking
English)
once
we
had
already
left
the
property.
Money
Hungry
property
with
no
good
customer
experience
of
customer
service.
Stay
clear
of
this
property,
find
a
legitimate
alternative

star
luxury
property
with
a
legitimate
spa.
