Very rude and impolite staff. This city offers the best in class medical facilities but some people, instead of showing empathy and care, ends up spoiling the experience. Highly Unprofessional and shouldn’t be in hospitality industry. Also, No toiletries kept in room and waited for us to ask. Drinking water was not available. Room Phones were not working. Won’t recommend.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The rooms are also adequate size. Very near to main city area. I traveled as a solo girl so worth the price and safe. Breakfast options can be better. Do not opt for coffee.

A budget hotel at center of Nadiad city.. Rooms size & cleaness is 👍 Restaurant not available Hotel staff is ok with behavior but advised to have some professional behavior training Whose visiting 4* 5* hotel may get disappointed with this.. Since hotel created in shopping complex passage space is low b/w rooms..getting noise from other rooms and Reception area.. Recommend to stay for 1 or 2 days.,

Nice place..in heart of the city.. Very polite n co-operative staff.. Spacious n extra ordinary rooms in Nadiad city.. No restaurants available but outside food can be ordered n for that staff help us to find out best option.. Definitely can be visited again n again..
