Fulfill the requirements of customers is more important. I went there, to have some food Tried Maharaja Mac Burger meal , which was good in taste.burger had enough vaggies and so on. They gave me plate but not ready to give me lid and strow for coke.. When I asked.. still say no. I said give my money back.. Then they're ready..

Always same and delicious test at all Mac’d. Their app offers are very interesting and beneficial. Only 1 billing desk was in operation. They should use at least two billing desk on weekends. There ware lot of of crowd on weekends and they only operate 1 billing desk. Parking are was enough. Drive through service was also very fast. Seating area was also enough except on weekends.

I recently visited the New Fangled Fantasy Miniplex located beside S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The seating was comfortable, making it an ideal spot for couples to enjoy a movie together. The sound system was fantastic and added to the overall immersive experience. What stood out the most for me though were the mini samosas. They were simply delicious and a must-try for anyone visiting the miniplex. The staff was also very courteous and attentive, ensuring that our visit was a memorable one. Last night i went to the McDonald's near mehshana... I like the most in McDonald's is Mac aloo tikki burger...so that's why I opened app and went to in offer section i ordered one Mac aloo tikki burger and one small coke it's just ruppes 59 and the burger buns was wheat it's the amazing thing . redeem the code and scan on scanner...but I completed to Mac staff....they was little bit confused and that was very rare. He was not able to take scan cod and payment via my mobile so that time he was told another staff to help him... It was very annoying thing...i eat burger allmost after 3 hour the test was amazing after 3 hour but the buns are little bit soggy....kinda one more time it was amazing experience to eat McDonald's burger....

Worst ever experience in McDonald. Veggies used were not fresh at all and not chopped properly. Carrot and potato tasted like frozen or cut few days before and then used (carrot had white lines which generally happens when frozen carrot are used). One of the MacPuff was burnt and was without stuffing.. French fries were not crunchy at all, looked like it was made since morning and served for the remaining day.

here worker or mcd are very awsome i like there behaviour i visit whenever i go from there.. i just love there serving style they give feel of as a king to there customer... i just love them

This mc donalds has a drive through and also serves non veg burgers. They have maintained limits for dine in during the pandemic times. Once the limit is reached they lock the door and people have to wait outside. Though one can always opt in for the drive through and skip the waiting period. There is ample parking for at least 6-10 cars. One can mostly see 2 wheelers parked here. Staff is clean and hygienic and are wearing gloves masks and hair caps and taking all safety precautions during these times.

Zero customer service even by manager!!! We were surprised when cold drink was served in open glass- without lid. So asked for it because we had 3 small kids with us and there were more chances of spilling liquid all over the table/clothes. The guy said, No we can't give lid to you because if we give it to you, other people will ask for it too and it's only for drive thru. I requested again and he asked his manager and surprisingly he also said "NO" even though I explained him why we want it! We ordered 7 full meals and order was over 2600 Rs. We surely deserved better customer service and never going to this location again. Mcdonald is famous for food freshly served and best customer service all over the world [if you say fries are cold they simply replace it without asking single question] but this kind of location and zero empathy towards clients need is shocking!!

One star less as no hot drinks like Tea or Coffee was available when I visited. And it was a rainy day and I was drenched and I needed a cuppa which I did not get! 4 Stars are for the trademark quality, kitchen and service.

As we're vegeratians, we love McDonalds India as we have lot of vegetarian options. We had Aloo Tikki Burger and Maharaja Veg burger. The Maharaja Burger was huge and was quite a mouthful for the kids. A bit on the spicy side, though. Good place to visit with family
