Neat n clean, well maintained eye hospital, with lively interior. As you enter you feel as if you have come to a hotel with nice lobby and comfortable sofa chairs to sit on, even the waiting areas have comfortable sofa sitting. There is a coffe shop, a souvenir shop and also an optical shop inside the premises. Was impressed with the state of the art equipments they have and how smoothly the tests are performed. Got to visit Dr Raminder Singh and was very much satisfied the way we were attended to and his approach towards the patient. No doubt the hospital has the best of doctors of the city. The staff is also polite and helpful.

I got my 2 cataract surgeries in this hospital. Doctor Raminder Singh and his medical staff were so efficient and surgery was so smooth. In addition other staff was so well trained that the whole process from the time you enter the hospital to leave after surgery is absolutely seamless. The medical infrastructure and various waiting places for patients and their relation is excellent which truly makes it a five star experience.

Took more than 2 hours for a simple eye checkup. We booked an appointment for 10:30 am for our sons eye checkup. The eye exam was conducted by an ophthalmologist around 11:15 and we then had to wait to see the doctor will 12:50 just to get an ok for prescription glasses. Something that should take 20 minus took more than 2 hours. Oh and no one speaks English not the person at the reception nor the ophthalmologist. Which was very strange. Terrible experience

Patient and his family member think that they should get expert doctor, cooperative staff with polite behaviour, cool atmosphere, etc but occura hospital is above that mark. They handle there all patients as a friend . And all this I am saying with my personal experience when I visit for check up.

Dr. Raminder Singh is simple the BEST. The entire staff is so humble and co operative they made me feel so comfortable and cared. We got Excellent treatment and service by this Hospital. All Staff and Doctors nature are very nice and polite. Hospital infrastructure is just like palace, even anybody should visit once just see this hospital infrastructure and service.

Insurance department mislead patients, there is cashless facility even though they are taking money from patients with commitment that they will refund in 2 working days. But we just got full refund after 45 days after regourous follow up daily. Also Doctor suggested us to do operation with good lens, lateron he forgets and asked again that your eye is not working since many years, there were no need to install this expensive lens. There is good ambience but not worth if such inconvenience happened.
