The best part is the sofas in dining area.. It gives perfect sitting for a peaceful dinner and comfort. Though, there is a variation in food quality and consistency in taste is not found. However it may depend on chef in charge. We are the loyal customers for last 20 years and the staff knows us already. They are friendliest and very polite. All in all, if I have important guests, my first choice would 24 carats.

The variety was very less ,and the food quality was not up to the mark and price . We had a non veg brunch in which there was only 1 non veg starter and in main course it was chilly chicken (starter mai nahi hona chahiye tha!!). Service was also very slow It was my first and last time in 24 carat and wouldn't recommending anyone else .

This multi cuisine restaurant is located inside Express Hotel Tower. The rates are normal 650/- per person + tax compare to the hotel rates 4.5 stars. They have unlimited fix Punjabi buffet and you can rebook the seating if needed. The service were awful and food was good. The quality was good enough but experiencing so my different taste of Punjabi food from different locations this hotel taste sounds normal. The whole cuisines were made by the special chef. I didn't like starters and noodles specifically has they were too salty. But i love the gourmet ice cream. For gujrati thali the restaurant is different name Mandap in the same tower.

We booked a buffet for 19 People a day in advance and there were hardly other guest, may be us (group of 19) and other family of 2 but service were damn slow. we have to request each and every dish like starter and soup and dessert every now and then, there were only 2 people taking care of full restaurent. Food was also so so. not many verity on menu. One of my team mate requested for Paper Napkins, the person at the counter was starring like he requested for his heart. I hope we would have decided other place then 24 Carats. Name and service does not even match 0.1%.

The restaurant has nice ambiance, very good spread of buffet and tasty food.... staff is very courteous and professional. We enjoyed the dinner..

We had non-veg buffet dinner and there were very less options . There was only 1 non-veg starter. Chicken was staled in chicken biryani and I felt sick the next day . I will not visit this Restaurant again .

Excellent taste no matter what you order. Prices won't dig a hole in your pocket. Nice ambience if you want a nice peaceful and calm time to dine.

I planned to visit Mandap restaurant but due to huge rush on a weekend, changed my plan and went down stairs to 24 Carats. This place is now a joke in the name of buffet. They served us cold starters and the servers took their own sweet time to even see whether water was served. The chicken wings or whatever they called the starter looked as if cooked hours back and was just thrown on the plate. It was dry, hard and flavorless. The fish starter was served fresh but then you'd have to wait for 10-15 mins for them to prepare a new batch. The fun started when we went towards salad. There was an item called aloo chaat which was awfully sweet. I understand the affinity in Gujarat towards making food a bit sweet but who makes sweet chaat? The ones found with the street vendors is 100 times better. There was only 2 non veg option in the main course out of which one was egg. Who eats egg curry in buffet? They seriously need to think about the menu. The biggest culprit was the baked veggies (Veg Au Gratin) which didn't have cheese. It felt as if the sauce was made with flour and nothing else. There was a raw taste of flour and the veggies were not cooked enough due to which there was a strange crunch in those unrecognizable vegetables. The limited dessert option was a saving grace. I had heard good things about this place and hence went there. This is probably the last time I will go there.

Very disappointing food at 24 Carats Hotel Express. Served stale cutlets with haldi n rai in a club Sandwich. No cheese, no pepperoni, lettuce. Food quality is pathetic

Worse service We done advance booking for kitty But managagent is worse they give us hall one nd half hour late nd after one our they pressurised wind up our kitty pary I give 1point out of 10 No value for advance booking and i booked for veg dishes but they came with non veg dishes Due to miscommunication of staff nd manager.

A scrumptious dinner at Express hotel multi cuisine restaurant last night.. Ambience: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Staff courtesy: 5/5 Food : 5/5 Special mention would be for Mr.Laxman who courteously served dinner to us with a smile on his face all the time.. No waiting period, and considerable time taken for orders to come on table.. We ate Italian and North Indian cuisine and all the dishes were super yummy.. Stuffed mushrooms and cheese tomato soup was out of the world yummy..

Food is good. We stayed in the hotel and food was complementary for breakfast and dinner. It was both buffet, and it was all good. Not sure about the VFM.

Worst food ever had..chef needs to learn cooking skills , if you think oil nd spices nd make a dish complete, then this is the perfect place to eat .staff is good nd apologetic bt the chef really needs a total rework, not at all recommended.

I visited this restaurant around 10 pm , ordered a chicken dish ,the smell of the chicken was not good , and I ordered a pastry for desert,even that was messed up very hard , I think you should not visit this restaurant after 9 o'clock they serve you expired thrown away food.

Wonderful dining. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Food had plenty of options. Taste was simple yet nice. Ambience was cool. They provide with options of candlelight dinner. A bit costly on pockets though.

Restuarant is fun, different, and apparently (I am told) authentically Brasilian. There's a buffet of salads, cheeses, vegetables, etc. to start, and then--when you're ready for the meat--you flip a round tag green-side-up and servers start coming to your table with spits of roasted meats. There are many different cuts of beef prepared in various ways, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish. The servers, in what I imagine are traditional costumes, cut the pieces you wish, and you then use tongs to pull the slices from the spit onto your plate. You can eat all you want as the servers periodically keep coming round and offering more. (When you're sated, just flip the tag red-side-up, and the servers won't both you; unless, of course, you subsequently flip the tag green-side-up again, in which case they'll start coming back with more.) The combination of quantity and festive atmosphere more than offsets the inconsistent food quality, though some of the meats are quite good. When we went with friends the top-round and lamb were very good, the skirt steak and chicken also good. The fish was dreadful, but hey--it's really a meat place! And once you find things you like, you can pile your plate high. They also provide complimentary fried bananas (excellent) and mashed potatoes.

Excellent place. A very homely and community dining kind of experience. The menu never ends. They keep on loading your pallete with so much variety of things that ultimately you'll ask them to stop.

Very bad. Very very bad experience on Monday, 4th December, afternoon.. Horrible behaviour of staff, vessels all empty by 2 p.m. Only one plate of Snacks provided in front of 'six' customers on a table. Guests ended up half filled, dissatisfied. Complaints done to management, but no improvement seen, but shamelessly they presented the bill and accepted the bill(tax included)
