It’s really very bad experience with staff and policies. I came from Australia, When i bought my bracelet in 2016 from them they said to me that I will get 100% back on returning it, only making charges will be deduct. Today when I went back to the store, they didn’t give me 100% back. They deducted 3% (Rs.4500)from my total amount and staff told me that every few years our policies change. Then how we can trust such a big name like Tanishq who change their policies and make a fool to their customer. I didn’t expect from such a big name. Be careful when you are buying from them. Think before buying from Tanishq.

Horrible place to buy gold. Make sure you double check the weight of individual items before you buy. All items were underweight than the invoice. They just couldn’t bring an item from upstairs, they made us go up and down back and forth Just skip this place and buy it from AB Jewlers across the street who are much more professional.

Superb service

Showroom is next to TBZ in the turn. They have valet parking facility. Collection of this particular store is good. One thing that pinched me was the staff courteousness. They will not ask you for water/Tea/Coffee. May be it varies with staff to staff but the lady who was dealing with us did not ask anything as such. Usually i don’t mind all these but my experience with other Tanishq store was different and was way much better than this store. Also they should keep bottled water rather than open glass system. Also their valet driver goes at 8 pm so you will have to bring your car on your own if you get late. Over all product wise great. Staff wise average.

Staff is interested in meeting their goals. Irrespective of what you need or have asked for they keep showing you heavy jewels. Once you have decided what you are buying staff is busy with other customers and you are ignored from billing to other services. When I chose nosepin that need to be fixed, I was asked to go karigaar and get it fixed myself. Hello, I am standing in Tanishq to fix my new purchase. Local stores also do not behave like this. Above all no apologies and kept me pestering for about 100 times to invest. So did the cashier. My few rings were on pending order and guess what despite she called me that rings are ready when I went there to pick up she had misplaced it. Great and of course very interested in selling her investment. Again 100 times. Cashier was rude enough to pester with driving license again and again. Requested for rose gold rings only and Nikita Patel kept on insisting this is not yellow gold until I put my foot down on second visit. Basically, white lie, ignore once sold, keep pestering for investment, only show them high cost items, cashier just cutting me off even in front of manager.

Pathetic service and staff. I think Staff welcome or response the customers by just having a look of customer's cloth attire. I had this experience twice whenever i visited there. Even there was no customer's heavy flow still no one responded or asked me abt my needs. Even if i asked to show something the staff was least interest to show the jewellery. I request please dont judge the customer by his/her personality or by his/her clothing sense.

Taking 1 to 2 hours in Billing time as usual. Also hidden cost & no proper service. Go with other brand as this people are not keeping their promise. They first stated that when u purchase a gold coin you will get the full amount of refund when you want to sell but these people are not providing the full refund they just cut down the price in names of GST & their cost. Good Tanishq store, you will find great variety and designs of jewellery. They provide good service and exchange option is very genuine. Trt to park car under the flyover by paying nominal charge or else there is limited space available in front of store for valet parking.
