Frustrated customer!!! They have a policy that if you want to buy jewelry with cheque payment then they will not give you jewelry until your cheque clear but if you want to sell them jewelry they take it from you and transfer the money to your bank account in 4 to 5 working days. Also, when I bought the jewelry they told that they will not charge for service as we already pay them high as making charges for gold or diamond jewelry but after 2-3 years when I ask them to fix small issues in jewelry they ask me to pay labor charges. I don't know what kind of policy they have in the 21 century, they took 4-5 working days to transfer the money in our bank account.

They try to sell to aggressively. Tried to sell a scheme where we need to become a member. Didn't liked the way they tried to sell.

They have unique design of jewelleries. I am satisfied with customer service as they addressed my complaints promptly.

The place of trust.The staff is very cooperative and humble.I appreciate the staff.The main issue with such big jewellery showrooms is, they are not offering much designs in less than 25 grams.I observed that they are interested in jewellery above 50 or 100 grams.Simply the are not interested in small business.

I hate this place. They are so rude and greedy. My parents went to the shop to buy earring. They said there is no labor (Diwali Deal). But they said there is 50% labor on it. My parents were ok with it. Then they were trying to sell there skim. My parents already denied. But still they spent an hour and so. And they on the final billing they said the gold price is increase so you should give more money. They are fraud. Never recommend to any one.

It was always a headache when you pay by cards or make UPI payments. In my last two experience both times payment was done from my end and not reflected in their system. I have to wait for two days to make it clear. Additional review after a week ----- They have done one thing good. They arranged home delivery of my stuff after payment was reflected after 3 days.

Needs much improvement in handling customers. Too much spacious showroom but least co operative and attentive staff. For minutes the customer has to sit ideally waiting to be attended. Also not much varied range as compared to adjacent showrooms. Laid back attitude of staff.Regret visiting and wasting my time at the store.

Loved the place. Staff are customer friendly. Have all range of ornaments, jewellery with all latest designs. I went in a offer where Gold making charges was just INR 199per gram. That's the best offer i could get in the marker. No hidden charges.

This location surrounded by stalwarts of jewelry business. I had visited this place once. This is very big spacious showroom. They offer gold and diamond jewelry collections. Could not find much variety in terms of design. Also, the staff was not seems to be attentive. One more thing to be noted is that, they don't keep any silver or imitation jewelry. Overall, not a pleasant visit to this place.

It's a very huge place. Ambience is contemporary. Location is crowded and so is the showroom. Gold designs are mostly very old fashioned, discounts keep on coming up here. It doesn't have a parking space. Nor does it have any ANY platinum collection. The staff is humble, kind and helpful. There's place to sit n wait. It has good washroom. The diamond collection seemed beautiful

The best place to buy ornaments. TBZ is a trusted name. Good Collection. I have been purchasing from there since years. And I will be going there again and again because TBZ is best and perfect for every family. The only bad thing I like to mention here is about the scheme the employees there (not the entire staff only the floor manager Divya Ma'am) try to sell it you. Its ok to market your scheme but why to make false promises and unethical commitments. I did took one scheme and didn't liked the way she lied lied about it at the end. I request her not to let TBZ down by such things.

Awesome place and they are masterminds in making diamond jewelry and other products such as gold and platinum are awesome too...they also offer membership for 5000/- per month to get discount on making charges and other exciting offers...nice place and good staff with co-operative minds.

Worst kind of thieves is all that I can say. They sold me a set saying they ll buy it back at same or higher price in future ...3 years later when I went back with original bill they offered me half the price because apparently what they had sold me saying rare Meena work and blah blah was all lies and they don't want to buy it back because they know it's garbage now. Now I ve taken it to another jewelers and they have rectified discrepancy in billing (they over charged us in calculation as well) Considering legal action against A K Zaveri for cheating.
