Good collection of clothes at a high but reasonable price as they are good quality and last for years. My MIL went there to get some clothes for me and my kids but they wouldn’t allow a video call or to send pics of the clothes so we could decide what outfits we wanted. How can I buy something without seeing it myself, especially when I can’t return it. Not very considerate. They think people will steal there ideas and designs but they lost a customer. MIL went to another store and they allowed her to video call and take pictures. Wouldn’t come here again.

I bought 3 dress in July and dress was so perfect for me just need to put sleeves and nothing else to do but instead of that they tight my west and sleeves are too tight I live in usa so I can not go there back to argue with them I trust the brand name store that they don’t messed up my dress but I was wrong And I told the person that I don’t like to wear tight clothes so keep one or two inches extra but it’s too tight Now if I have to buy anymore clothes I never come to your store and I tell my friends and family also don’t go there Now my all three dress going to sit in my closet Bad service

Beware they know when you are a NRI and only show you VERY expensive outfits. They took measurements for adjustments but as they were packed and someone else was collecting we didn’t notice until we were back in London that they hadn’t made the proper adjustments. The waist as so big and tassels were missing on the skirts making very expensive outfits look cheap! I had brought 3 outfits costing over £600 Was definitely ripped off All of which we have had to pay to get adjusted again in London One of the tops had the zips falling off The string on the waist wasn’t completed with tassels and the tassels on the blouses were frayed This was my first trip to India and my first shopping experience NEVER again I’d should have just brought from London Just be careful and double check everything before you leave the shop This is why Indians get a bad name for themselves!
