I
have
taken
my
daughter
to
Dr.
Mrugen
many
times
and
he
is
knowledgeable.
I
would
not
question
his
work
knowledge
because
that
is
reason
I
have
taken
her
every
time
she
has
been
sick.
But
today
was
a
horrible
behaviour
by
him
and
his
staff.
I
went
in
at
8:45am
and
was
first
to
reach.
My
daughter
had
vomitted
more
than
7-8
times
and
I
had
no
way
to
bring
her
to
hospital
due
to
absence
of
my
husband
in
the
night.
I
told
the
nurse
please
it
is
urgent
please
inform
doctor
that
we
have
to
see
him
first.
She
assured
she
will
send
us
first
but
someone
had
called
at
8
AM
and
booked
appointment.
He
turns
out
to
be
Dr.
Mrugen’s
friend
and
he
got
to
go
first.
When
I
asked
the
nurse
she
said
doctor
has
not
come,
they
have
gone
to
see
another
doctor.
Don’t
worry
I
will
send
you
in.
I
have
a
diabetic
mother
who
is
also
equally
exhausted.
We
had
been
lied
to
and
cheated
by
the
staff
and
when
I
confronted
in
anger
that
I
had
been
waiting
to
show
my
doctor,
dr.
Mrugen
screamed
sorry
back.
Is
Dr.
Mrugen
knowledged
?
Yes
Is
he
empathetic?
No
Does
he
have
the
maturity
to
handle
all
types
of
patients?
Absolutely
no!
Education
is
not
enough
-
Empathy
and
Ethics
matter.
Either
he
has
trained
his
staff
to
lie
or
his
staff
is
completely
unethical
and
incompetent.
In
either
case
of
whether
we
had
wrong
expectations
or
he
had
been
wrong,
he
shouting
at
an
exhausted
mother
and
not
being
calm
shows
he
is
arrogant.
There
are
many
like
Dr.
Mrugen
in
the
medical
field.
Such
doctors
are
a
shame
to
education
field!
Reply
to
the
response:
it
is
about
lying
to
us.
If
the
staff
had
informed
that
there
is
prebooked
appointment
and
we
are
second
in
line,
it
would
have
been
fine
irrespective
whether
the
person
in
front
is
doctor
or
not.
We
waited
for
an
hour,
the
friend
doctor’s
patients
would
have
also
waited
for
him.
You
have
to
train
your
staff
to
not
lie
and
you
had
no
rights
to
shout
just
because
you
think
you
were
doing
the
right
thing.
Shame
for
your
education
and
your
role
in
the
society.
