Zydus Hospital may be good at other facilities but, Zydus 24*7 pharmacy is a big NO. We all work and get tired that doesn't mean we behave rude. One of the lady in Zydus Pharmacy(Anand) behaved rudely at evening shift. I was also exhausted after my work, I never behaved like that. Pharmacies are for people's care, not to behave like a sloth in front of people and answer rudely. Look after your 24*7 service- or you can make it 6 hrs open - that's what we are getting actually. Tired? Go home and rest- atleast don't behave rude.

Zydus Hospital is really nice. And Staff, Hospital's Services, courses, kentain are really good. Zydus hospital has the best facilities, best doctors, excellent and friendly staff. The hospital is very clean and the hospital canteen has a variety of healthy and delicious spreads of meals. The food served to the patient is also a well planned, healthy and tasty diet. It's a very good hospital in Anand gujarat. Each and every staff is perfect well knowledge and well supportive. I have developed brain stroke a month ago.I visited outside first where I was very frightened about my condition. Then I decided to visit zydus hospital especially to Dr Priyank Patel who is a Neurologist here with reference of one of my relative. On first meet itself I was explained in detail about everything and I felt so relaxed just after his consultation even without any treatment!!! I was admitted there for only 2 days for observation and I was given only tablets without using any unnecessary injections and investigations. I was in same condition only even after discharge but I was not worrying about it as Priyank sir has told me that it will be like that for a week and then gradually I will improve. I trusted fully on him from day 1 and very Happy to share that my trust on him is actually proven worthfull now. I gradually improved as he said after 1 week and now after a month I am almost 95% recovered. Priyank sir didn't just treat my illness but also guided me what measures I can do further to prevent such attacks in future. He also helped me a lot in quitting my bad habits. And one thing to mention specially that even after discharge he was tracking my blood pressure and sugar readings through whatsapp so I was very relieved at home. Whole team of zydus and staff are very cooperative. Great experience. Will definitely recommend Dr Priyank sir and zydus to all ! Thank you!!
