So, the worst experience I ever had; Dr. Usha was so rude during talking to a patient. I have two visits the second visit they told me you are old case so we prefer you after all new cases. Suddenly they changed doctor without informing patient. They gave me bunch of unnecessary medicine that is not even required for me. I suggest please don’t go in Usha nursing home ever. I don’t have choice of negative rating otherwise I wil do that.

There is no doctor here for regular patient or new patient, if the doctor is in any surgery then every patient here has to sit for 3 to 4 hours to see the doctor. And not every patient can sit and wait in such a state of pregnancy, I am very unhappy with this service. even if you ask someone about a doctor, you get the answer that they don't know how long the surgery will last. It is difficult for a woman to sit for 3 to 4 hours in such a situation even for her regular check up. I am very unhappy with this and I don't think it's good for anyone. It's so much time taking.

Dr Dipen sir is specialist in his field & helping nature with his patient.He has a good number in IVF. Hospital assistant doctors are also intelligent. Staff nurse are also well trained. I must noticed while i was staying there that If any patient’s complaint anything about their problems, hospital staff sloved Patient’s complaint immediately. From my point of view there are two suggestions for hospital. 1) there should be large space for parking 2) hospital keeps more sweepers staff for cleaning. All the best for thier future plan. We had a great experience at Usha Nursing Home with Dr. Dipen & Dr. Usha,and all the staff are very co-operative and professional. Thank you to all for giving us our god's precious gift. OPD waiting can be improved. As it is long specially on Tuesday & Saturday. I think it may due to Report seen for sonography done on the same day. Room cleaning can also be improved. Doctors' knowledge, way to treat patients, everything good about doctors. But cleanliness, hygiene is zero. Bed or table where patient sleeps for observation must be cleaned after every patient gets checked. Somebody's vaginal blood clot stuck on my palm from the bed on which I was checked and when I asked for tissue I was not given by the housekeeping staff and nurse. Washroom was not clean though patient is advised to visit washroom before observed by the doctor. no hygiene and cleanliness maintained whether it is washroom or sonography or PS checkup bed. Ow doctors are very experienced and knowledgeable. But staff must be forced by authorities for clealiness.

Very good experience and the doctors and staff are very friendly, they really care about their patients, doctor Dipan and doctor Anupa personally keep in touch through text message or call throughout the procedure.

Talking about the experience of the hospital, first of all, the doctor explained the behavior and speech towards the patient his nature and behaviour was friendly, respectfully and calmly .As far as the nurse was concerned, they were all members of the household and talked to the patient calmly and respectfully and explained and the room was cleaned from time to time.
