Dr. Pankaj Parikh is an extremely rude doctor and didn't like how we were concerned and asked questions about the diagnosis. Also the reception desk lacks human skills and are very shroud to the patients who are already worried and anxious. Rather than guiding they simply barked at patients. Furthermore as it was a health emergency for my mother and I wanted to ensure that it's not a covid center or there are no covid cases admitted as I wanted to avoid risk of infection for my old aged mother. However the reception person lied stating it is not a covid center and later when I reached there I could hear patients in the waiting area discussing about their covid infection and how they are getting treated there. Also there was no any social distancing or isolation of symptomatic patients they were simply laying in waiting lounge. My overall experience for honesty, hygiene and human skill of the clinic is extremely poor. Not sure about medical skills.

Do hell with Pankaj Parikh and his Vihar clinic 3rd grade doctor and 3rd grade service totally money making module not patient or service oriented & dr, staff and even his security gards behaviour is very bad & Dr Pankaj has a so so much attitude he is treated to his patient like they are coming from Footpath if vihar clinic is the last option for you I suggest go to government hospital it would be better than this .

Totally third grade service & staff behaviour is too too bad , never never recommend this doctor to even your enemy also .

If is ➖ options then will give( -100 %) dont do even visit this hospital, not even for free, this is not hospital this is a money making company, he killed my father few months ago, the operation was not required, but he give me hope and give to permission that is my mistake and they killed my father for money, even after the operation, he was kept on ventilator for 3 days in the hospital. Within 3 days he giving me hope and take my money, even hospital staff also including, after 3 days I realise all game then by force I took my father body . That time also he say pay 3 lakh bill then take body , first money then body , This is that system So please I request Don't go this hospital , ohh sorry that is not hospital its money making factory

My personal experience - If you need a doctor with caring patience and compassion then this is one of the best hospitals in Anand. During covid pandemic many of my relatives were treated as family members by the team members and not as “Covid Patients”. It is my opinion that one is smart enough to make a decision about the care provided themselves without relying much on fake reviews. It is in the city of Anand for last 40 years and trusted by generations of patients in Anand.

There is special room',but fridge,tv, not working condition, color also came from wall,no discipline for noise, two times cleaning but not properly ,staff have no manner for talking.

Please don’t make mistake to enter here. Doctor and staff only care about money and chief concern. Even they don’t care about other major organs and keep prescribing high dose diuretic for long times which results in chronic kidney failure and they realize after kidney test when a patient on the last stage. After 20 years of treatment here , the doctor never prescribed premedication when my uncle had heart valve replacement. ( which is prophylaxis treatment for a patient which heart valve or artificial joint or pacemaker- the rule by IDA and ADA)That’s means the doctor only care about money and not about the patient’s health. We trust the doctor as a second god but he also needs to treat us a family.
