LAST HOSPITAL TO TAKE SERVICES FROM IF I HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO RATE THEM IN MINUS NUMBERS, I WILL DO SO. The most pathetic hospital to take medical services from because they have a money minded approach to medical treatment. My mother was hospitalized with 90% calcification in Left Anterior Descending Artery and her condition was not too critical or life threatening. She walked on her own feet and got angiography done there. We were not given time to take proper decision and on the other hand in other hospitals like Zydus Cadila at Old Padra Road, Vadodara the same treatment was available at almost 60% the package rate. She was done PTCA in LAD and later developed slight pulmonary edema which is quite obvious in many cases post PTCA and she was kept in the ICCU for 6 days. The rates of medicine they billed with their pharmacy are available at almost 50-60% of the total rate to end user in the market through common drug stores. For a crepe bandage they charge almost Rs. 400/- for 10 cm X 4 mtr length of a local brand, which is available at Rs. 120 in the convenience medical store too. So for such non prescription drugs they are so cunning to charge such a high amount, think of the charges they could be billing for specialty medicines. We repent for being admitted to this hospital. The cafeteria is being charged Rs. 1,50,000 as a monthly rent and the owner of cafeteria said if hospital charges less monthly rent, I can slash prices of my food products to end user relatives of patients who are helpless to go out and get food. Even when you ask the doctors and the staff members in a confidential manner, they say if we have our relatives, we do not suggest them to get admitted here. Doctors say that the charges are higher side in this hospital and that is the fact, what can we do for that as doctors? The hospital management replies to every google review with one pre drafted silly answer. KINDLY DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL EXCEPT YOU HAVE ACCESS MONEY TO WASTE.

Beware of this place. Expect 1.5 to 2 times higher charges than explained. You will pay hundreds of rupees for a pair of gloves and thousands of rupees for IV. Staff can be rude, non-attentive to patientsโ€™ need and harsh. Politeness and compassion is non-existent. I am glad to learn this in a small procedure. Will be looking elsewhere for the next procedure. Not paying 3 lac rupees to BHGH when there is shady billing practice and impoliteness. Sorry BAGH youโ€™ve disappointed me.

There is something fishy going on in this hospital. One of my uncle, who was all fine and Corona negative before his bypass surgery, suddenly seem to have cought corona after the surgery and while in ICU!!! Isn't that strange?? More over he was kept in ICU for around 10days and we were promised that he was recovering. We were not allowed to meet him. A couple of days later he expired of cardiac arrest!! Can someone who just underwent bypass get a cardiac arrest?? We could not know the reason of this until we found a diary that my uncle was maintaining where he has noted down everything as to how the hospital ill treated him. This is really sad and we would recommend people to be careful while selecting this hospital.

Myself Bhairav Jha, (Patient name - Priyanka Jha (my wife) Orchid 17- I recently had an experience with Bhailal Amin General Hospital that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with Professionalism, Compassion and top-notch medical care. The staff from the front desk to the nurses, doctors were incredibly attentive & caring. They took the time to explain every steps of my wife treatment, making sure it was comfortable & well informed through-out my stay. The facility of Bhailal Amin General Hospital are impeccable, clean & well-maintained. I felt safe & confident in the cleanliness and organisation of the hospital. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Bhailal Amin General Hospital for their dedication to patient care. I had a 1st and worst experience with BAGH on 20/9/2020 they don't even deserve one star rating..i admitted my father for covid19 treatment on 19th sept & after 12 hours of admission they not even started any treatment instead of they repeat unnecessary investigations which are already done on the same day morning.condition of my father getting worst by worst so we decided for shifting him to other Hospital but they literally consuming so much time for add more stay charge..as a doctor I never suggest you BAGH for any kind of treatment.they have worst management ever and also CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAY.

I am a regular dialysis patient at the hospital for the past two and a half years and have always appreciated their hospitality. However my latest dialysis experience was extremely bad. The management decided to shift the dialysis machine elsewhere and I was made to wait for hours. After the machine was brought back, it stopped working so there was another delay. My dialysis is supposed to start at 8 in the morning but was eventually started at 4:30. and got over at 7:45. I was extremely tired and exhausted and definitely blame the hospital management personnel for this kind of mismanagement since their decisions should not affect the patients adversely. The dialysis staff was extremely cooperative and I appreciate their concern.

Dr. VC chauhan further did angiography and angioplasty with full responsibility. Because of this two doctor, my father recovered very quickly. I really appreciate their prompt and superior action. Nursing and cleaning staff also polite and do their work on right time. Overall very nice management and cooperation. Keep it up.

Doctors, Nursing, cleaning staff are very good, excellent. Very good behavior and very helping. They are try to their best to smile in your face. But major problem with Security, Billing Team and ICU side. At here Security feels they are the person who ruled this hospital and they behave very rudely. This must be change. Billing unit is very slow and very hectic process for clearing. Need to make smooth relieving process of patient.

Good doctors. Shameless otherwise- be very careful. Very very careful- completely unscrupulous financially. They held me over while calculating my bill!!!! Also, they attempted to mulct the friends who brought me there 15,000โ‚นs! DO NOT allow friends past the threshhold on admittance.

The hospital common toilets are extremely dirty, the cleaners are just busy chatting, had to sleep two nights in dormitory since father in ICU, had to use the lobby toilets they are pathetic. The coordinators ask you about the service and you keep on saying but they don't react and neither do anything. We were in prestige suit and my fathers surgery was supposed to be at 9 am and the breakfast was supposed to reach 6:15, had told the nursing staff and the caters but nothing works here, we thankfully kept our driver ready with the breakfast picked from our home, on top of it the 8:30 am they came with medicine to be given, poor coordination.

My father AYAZHUSAIN (PATIENT IP 21054) has been admitted in this hospital since 2months now August-Sept-Oct 2023. He is 65yrs old and he is diabetic and got hit by severe pneumonia on 20th August and we shifted him to Bhailal on 21st August all thanks to Dr. Kishan Janiโ€™s recommendation for taking the required action as well as decision and saving my fatherโ€™s life along with Other genius doctors namely Dr. Manish Mittal, Dr. Purvesh, Dr. Dharmesh Patel, Dr. Anil Ganju and Dr. Killol. Fighting for your family memberโ€™s life for months in hospital is a battle extremely painful, tough and requires patience on a godly level. Itโ€™s been a rough battle but my hearty thanks to all the doctors as well as the entire staff of Prestige building MICU for taking care of my father like their own family member for 2 long months and more! We lost hope at many levels and days but the doctors kept our hopes alive with their years of experience and the way they handled this infection problem in my father and helped him come back to life. He is still recovering but I have full faith on this hospital that he is coming back home healthier! Apart from the doctors the entire MICU staff is really humble, helpful, polite and geniune at work. I would like to mention the floor manager KRUPALI of MICU for everyday handling my queries and concerns and guiding me well about the process and how the hospital works. I also want to thank the entire security team (namely Vrajesh sharma, Jitu, Bharat and Mukesh) for being so polite and supportive in these tough times when all a family can do is doubt at hospitals because of The tension and confusion inside our heads. Bhailal Amin genuinely follows the tag line they have which is โ€˜ONE NAME YOU CAN TRUSTโ€™ Thank you for saving my fatherโ€™s life all the doctors and staff at Bhailalโค๏ธ Iโ€™d like to end this review with a line I read written on the wall frame in MICU of the hospital โ€˜BELIEVE AND YOU ARE HALFWAY THEREโ€™ Special mention to the entire staff of recovery room namely Alpa maโ€™am, Neha, Satya, Sheetal, Vaibhavi, ms. Mittal and other staff for taking care of my father like their own โค๏ธ Thank you for making my family believe, Thank you to everyone at BAGH for treating my father like their own family member.

End of January 2022, I was diagnosed with health issues that required me to conduct heart bypass. I wanted to delay the operation because my daughter was scheduled to leave to the US end of January and I wanted to drop her off. Despite the difficult emotional situation, we followed the doctorโ€™s advice to be hospitalized and conduct the bypass surgery. Currently, I am in good recovering condition at home. I would like to thank all of the staff members and doctors at the Bhailal Amin Hospital for the good advise and treatment. God bless them all.

Second experience with BAGH, first as an assessor and now as patient's relative. Both experiences were equally fantastic. The hospital provides excellent and rational care which is entirely patient centric. Very competent and experienced doctors-thanks Dr Dharmesh Patel, Dr Ashka Ponda,Dr Atul Jani, Dr Jigish, Dr Purvesh, Dr Jigna and their teams. Entire staff including nursing staff led by Ms Jiny Pillai, and senior staff like Ms Hetal(ICU in charge)& Mr Vikram and especially patient care attendants care for patients with utmost love and respect. Excellent coordination by Ms Krupali MICU coordinator and holistic neuro- physiotherapy care by Dr Hetvi. Housekeeping well maintained by Ms Megha Shastri & her team. The infrastructure and greenery is aesthetically soothing for patients. The secret lies behind passionate leadership of Madam Barkha Amin, Mr Ravi Hirwani and Dr Sachin Jain. Would strongly recommend this hospital, which cares for patients as they would care for their own family members.....

If you leg is injured, they will keep you revolving for Covid formalities till you really get it. Some new technology like CT scan or other rapid test they don't use for non Covid patient.Even they don't intimate as system has changed now a days.If system of appointment has changed, why not making it clear pior to booking indoor.

Nice hospital well maintained but very expensive. Fortunately/Unfortunately they want to see you multiple times. I don't understand its good or bad. you have to decide it. I have seen hospitals in other cities where if you visit again with in 2 weeks there is no consultancy charges as you already paid. And here for OPD consultancy charges are very high. I hope itโ€™s just a coincidence. There is no patient name on the proscription. Second even dangerous doctor has written medicine for toddler but when I purchase it from the pharmacy I got it the one used for adult. So guys be careful. Better to verify medicine or if possible double check.

Dr.JITENDRA MISTRY who treated our patients always answered our questions with a smile and a relaxed manner. This thing always kept us positive. The nurses here are very attentive. Whenever we called them, they used to come immediately. The security here is good, the environment here is good, the canteen here, everything here is good.

Sunflower Ward. After pushing 20 time call bell no one is attending the patient, also replying after half an hour. From the Dialysis Department informed that bring the patient after having food, also we have been informed to the Nursing staff but no one listened. After reaching the Dialysis Department they have not accepted the patient, and after arranging the food Dialysis Department proceed further. Sorry to say that name is Big but service is very poor.

Excellent service. Iโ€™m very satisfied with the behaviour of the whole medical and non medical staff but I believe as a patient who has phobia or excessive fear of needles that the medical researcher or the doctors should invent painless way to administer IV to patients like us. But Iโ€™m glad that the sisters and brothers were empathetic to my fear of needles and they removed and inserted the needles with as less pain as possible. Thank you very much.

REALLY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. TODAY I AM FINE. NO WRONG DIAGNOSIS, AS I have seen my NEIGHBOUR patient bye pass surgery, (an old lady who's sons and their wifes were thinking shares in property, ) disappointed after surgery as mama was safely come out. It's establish by Noble Man Bhailal Amin May have charged more from my employer Company but poor patients are getting same attention with low charges. Seen with a patient carrying bag tagged Hospital logo told me he has been charged Rs.75000/- It is enough for this Hospital. Long live all Team of Hospital, with GOD BLESSING.

Typical subpar private hospital, only junior doctors and interns are available in the hospital for OPD services. In a lawful state, this hospital wouldn't stand a chance to retain its license. Also the infrastructure is terrible, it took them years to renovate their parking area except it is still the same in size. The incompetent management agency can't manage visitors efficiently either. Overall, avoid this hospital if you require a satisfactory OPD consultation visit unless you can get an appointment for e-consulting.

Well.. There are multiple misconceptions about BAGH.. I am putting my firsthand experience.. my mother was admitted to BAGH recently for a kidney operation.. to begin with the staff is very professional and courteous.. the new building is one of the best health centers in Gujarat I must say.. I havenโ€™t came across a single instance that has disappointed me.. the positive ambiance.. hygiene.. Patient care.. I can see there are many people complaining about the discharge delay.. but thatโ€™s a part of process and you got to respect process.. the finance, mediclaim and admin guys are doing their job.. infact most efficiently as compared to other hospitalsโ€ฆ My mother was treated by Dr. Narendrasinji Jadeja.. I can confidently say he is one of the best Urologist not only in Gujarat but to best of my gut feel in the country.. a Gem of a person.. itโ€™s rare to find such a talented doctor.. I whole heartedly recommend BAGH and Dr. Jadeja to anyone who got Urology related ailment.

Worst experience with Bhailal Amin Hospital( BAGH), Vadodara. My Covid-19 positive father with minor 10-15% covid pneumonia was taken to this hospital to admit at 7 p.m on 19/09/ 2020 with tiresome 2hr long process plus huge 50,000 compulsory deposit. Till 11PM no treatment given and he was waiting outside to be admitted even after room was book. After that they took unnecessary investigation again. All of sudden, next day 20/9/2020 his condition worsened but they informed that he is good so we planned to take DAMA discharge at Noon. And the discharged drama starts here;Billing Dept. Is closed on Sunday, so we go to Reception (Time is already 6:30PM). The Receptionist asked me to wait for 2hr with Rs. 20,000 more to be given in spite I already paid 50,000. After such loot, they handed me wrong file(At 9PM). When i asked to give me fatherโ€™s discharge summary, they said they can't print. Till 11 pm I was made to wait for the summary. Lastly, after so much delays, they gave me HAND-WRITTEN summary at 11PM (20/09/2020)and lastly they also charged for investigation (2D Echo)which was not done. POOR MANAGEMENT LACK OF SENSE. UNETHICAL. MONEY-GRUBBING, HOSPITAL. Dr.Rutika Chaudhari(MDMedicine)

Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors we have been privileged to meet. My father (Mr. P. P. BHADSAVLE), age 65 yrs was diagnosed and advised for CABG + AVR (bypass and valve transplant surgery). Dr. Pankaj Maheshwari(cardio thoracic surgeon) and Dr. V.C.Chauhan(cardiologist) treated my father as if he was a family member during all the meetings with him, before Surgery, and after. The surgery was undoubtedly successful, and the results were as described. The staff was courteous and very attentive to the needs of my father. We are thankful to the below mentioned team who have attended my father. *Cardiac ICU Team* Doctors Team - Dr. Pankaj Maheshwari Dr. Gaurang Dr. Kunal Patel Dr. Kishore Maheswari Dr. V.C.Chauhan Incharge - Sigi Michle Staff Nurses - Varsha Patel Varsha Gandhi Priyanka Sangeeta Macwan Rinkal Patel Ankit Mittal Daksha We are grateful to the doctors and the staff at Bhailal Amin General Hospital for speedy recovery of my father.

I would not recommend going to this hospital, please find a better one. The service, management and staff here is terrible. This time it was the worst experience in the critical care of covid. The doctors doing their duties were still okay, but the management and coordination with the patient's relatives was the absolute worst. At this time, when the patient is suffering from corona, and is admitted in the ICU, it is important for the relatives to know each and everything of the treatment the patient is going through. We have no other way to know. There is a big change in the shift of doctors and nurses in the critical care of covid and it is so disorganised and useless. The staff is clueless and the relatives have no idea where to get information about their patients. Suddenly one day, the coordinator โ€œKrupaliโ€ called and told me that she is leaving all belongings of my relative admitted, outside and told me to come pick it up. What is the meaning of this? What should I consider? The staff is the worst and rude and so inconsiderable. They are not at all worthy of holding a job in any hospital, I am surprised they are employed. One thing I suggest to this hospital, is that whenever a patient is admitted, their relatives should be treated in a sensitive manner, because we are so stressed and donโ€™t know what is going on. This whole scenario ruined Bhailal Aminโ€™s image and reputation for me, my entire family and our relatives.

Excellent services. Nursing staff is very well trained. The supervisor and nursing staff always have smile on their face giving human touch to overall treatment and patients speedy recovery. Consulting doctor is world class, best in the field, best in the region and explains the treatment in the simplest possible way that makes you understand fully. Medical staff is equally good. Overall a very satisfied experience.

Gynaecologist is great and entire c section procedure was smooth..But pediatrician and pediatric nurses are pathetic. You will pay premium and they'll treat you like a government hospital. Whoever is planning for delivery pse research for good pediatrician outside beforehand.

-No proper communication with doctor regarding patient's condition. -There is always confusion between doctors about patients condition. One will say today patients will be discharged another one will say there is 5 more days until discharge. -Food is good. (4/5) -In general ward water supply is not consistent. Hot water is available for bathing. -Ambiance, cleanliness is very good. -Facility of counselor is also there. -In campus canteen is 2/5 star. -For admitted patient they also provides clothes. -Online payment can be done, no need to visit hospital. Hope this will help you. Stay healthy.
